Having someone that is knowledgeable and yet kind and caring and walked us through each step. It was quite a long road for us in our situation but they walked us through it and explained everything and made sure we understood it as well. I have done this before but it was not a nice experience and it wasn't as difficult as this new build we had. I am so grateful for Keaton and all his efforts. Thank you for such amazing customer service yet for being so understanding and kind. That shows the integrity that you have. We definitely appreciate you.

Keaton and the Movement were very efficient and got my mortgage approved quickly. The also retain the mortgage and don't immediately sell if off to some 1-800 company far away.
