Went in for a quote they quoted me a reasonable quote and then they decided they wouldn't work on my truck because they just didn't want to do the work? Ok so what was the point of even coming in for a quote. Complete waste of time.

These people at JC Auto are crooked thieves. My car was impounded and taken to JC Auto to be stored until I could get it out. I went to the yard on the 30th day to retrieve my vehicle and the owner told me that he already had the title to my car his words were"it's not your car anymore it's mine" and then refused to let me see such title. I went to my car to get my belongings out only to find out that everything of value I have in there was gone. A HP laptop, power tools, sound equipment,knives antique collectable items and numerous other items that were missing out of my car. That is theft as far as I'm concerned.Service: Car towing

I took my truck to get a part fixed and they didn’t even touch that part and did something completely different to my truck, the measurement report they gave me was not accurate to what was wrong with my truck.

I got my car fixed here and they did a great job! It looks like i never even wrecked it in the first place! The service was amazing and they fixed my car very fast.The price was very good, I was planning on spending much more. I highly recommend jc auto, I loved every bit of my experience working with them, except the part that my car was broken haha. They did amazing work! My car looked and felt way better than before. Very impressed, and highly recommended. They had competitive pricing, and got my car back clean and fast. I looked at a lot of different shops for the repair, but I think JC is the best in Cache Valley.

My wife and I got in a traffic accident and the front body of my wife’s car needed work done on it. JC took us in and gave us 2 months to pay everything off along with a rental car for free. They were done in just over two weeks and were very friendly over the phone and in person and the car looks great. We even got a thank you card signed personally.Service: Body & Trim
