“I was recently in an automobile accident I got home and reported what had happened and they said somebody would get a hold of me nobody got a hold of me it had been 3 weeks or more when somebody did finally get a hold of me it was not a very good experience . I was treated like it was my fault that the accident occurred and that I should have had full coverage on my 97 Ford ranger when in actuality it wasn't my fault and when I called the office they were really rude one lady hung up on me and the other one was saying well what do you need and I'm like well I was in an accident I don't know what I need to be doing. I was trying to find out who my insurance agent was and what agency or Branch it was and nobody could seem to tell me. Who do I call if I don't call my insurance agency or the Farmers insurance company to tell me who my agent is?”
