The woman I rent from had a freezer delivered to her home the 2 men that showed up were not very professional and the one was down right rude, to the point that I had to remove myself because I wanted to smack him. The one guys was training that was obvious however the man that was training him should be checked on his customer service. His first rude comment was in the garage and the fact he had to wait for me to move stuff I order to remove the old freezer(the woman I rent from has Parkinson’s and needed help because it was too big of a job for her) the second comment is the one o had to remove myself from, he was explaining something to my friend and as he was he was waving his hand back and forth in front of her face and asking if she was even in there. She is elderly not stupid and I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to her at all. Maybe he was having a bad day but he should not have acted that way to a customer especially one who spent as much money as she did with your company. Maybe a refresher on customer service could do him some good!!

My family is long time customers of Hooker Appliances. I personally just bought a new home and chose to get my appliances from hookers (supporting local) instead of a bigger retailer. The purchase process went smooth. But, I will warn, if you have a brand new home pick up the appliances on your own. DO NOT GO WITH HOOKER DELIVERY. Before they even stepped foot in my house I explained that I was concerned about damage and if there was any risk to leave it on my porch and we would bring it in and install it on our own. The delivery man assured me that "he was a professional". Although the other delivery man was brand new. Watching my BRAND NEW home get damaged was gut wrenching. I literally cried. I inspected this home with a fine tooth comb before move in making my contractor fix every little ding, dent and scratch in my paint. I know for a fact that the damage done on delivery was not there previously. Complaints were made and the delivery crew came back out to inspect damage. Originally the young hooker boy said that the scratches and damage were "there previously". But then changed to "you can expect damage with appliance delivery and felt like they did a pretty good job". BS. You can mansplain and act like I am a stupid girl all you want. I know the difference between dirt, plaster lines and damage that you caused. The corners of my wall and door were banged up. The entryway door was scratched and chipped and my floor was severely damaged. And these man came and laughed at me about it and said "this isn't enough damage to waste our time getting a contractor to come out and fix". Awful. I will never buy from Hooker again. And I will never refer them to anyone ever again. They can comment and say that this damage was there before from us moving in, but nothing was even moved into this side of the house yet. And our front door wasn't even used when we moved in. Lowe's delivered my fridge and had white glove delivery. No damage at all. Not even a tiny scratch. Just beware.

These guys are so helpful! I've been fixing my dishwasher and they don't carry my brand of dishwasher parts but bent over backwards to help me find the correct parts. They even gave me a few scrap parts off an old dishwasher! Thanks so much guys!!

Wonderful to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable! I bought a fridge only to discover it didn’t fit quite right when it was delivered. They were so kind, took it back, helped me find one that would fit and delivered it the same day. How many places can deliver two fridges to your house in one day?? Super impressed, will shop here again.
