They put a new zipper in my jacket and did an excellent job, it was a little pricey but since it was my favorite jacket, I was willing to pay it.

Tried this local shop based on the great reviews and I was not disappointed. I asked them to stitch up a pocket that had ripped open on the sleeve of my child’s jacket. They did a fabulous job! Looks great! Affordable pricing. Quick turn around. Very pleased. Highly recommend. Note: if this is your first time going there.. it’s in the middle building of three bldgs in a row. Park on north side and enter through double doors go downstairs. It was difficult for me to find my first time locating it. Hope this helps.

Hong did alternations on my wedding dress. She is AMAZING, it was so affordable and timely. She did a shoulder tuck, hem, tightened my sleeves and a bustle. All of that for around $85, and it fit PERFECT. It was done so quick as well!! Look no further for an alterations place this is by far the best in the valley!!Services: Wedding gown alterations

Hong's is outstanding! Visited for the first time when I took a suit in for alterations, both jacket and pants were too big. She did excellent and very timely work. The fit is perfect and the price was very reasonable. This will definitely be my go-to shop for alterations!

We went in with a broken zipper on a coat. The lady basically told us she couldn't fix it and to buy a new coat. We then took it to Superior Cleaners on 100 north and they happily fixed it...no problem! This place is terrible, lazy, don't waste your time here!

Absolutely the BEST alteration service in town! We’ve tried others and have seen everything from poor communication to crooked stitching. That is NOT the case with Hong’s. They were very attentive to detail and got everything just right— even on a more difficult piece of clothing. They sent a quick text message when our order was ready, and it was neatly folded and ironed upon pickup. We’ll be using them from now on!
