I have a large yard and my pump wasn't working on my well in the middle of last summer and called them and they quickly came out and got me going. I had tried some other people and they weren't able to figure it out or do anything with it. It's a bit of a complicated system, and they knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. I was so appreciative because my whole place Would have died waiting for --I don't know what else would've fixed it so I'm so grateful for them. They are wonderful very friendly And knowledgeable.!!!! Also, the price was very fair!! Thanks Glenn's electric you are heroes in my eyes!!! Ruth Beckstrom

Had an issue with our water supply this morning, thought it was a pump. Glenn's electric sent out the technicians, but it turned out to be just a switch in the well area...and lo and behold, they had an extra one in their truck....thanks for the quick response. We do look forward to having Glenn's replace our pump in the spring when all the snow is gone.

I lost all water all pressure in my well system. I was referred to Glenn's Electric by the company who installed the well. They sent Keyan & Caleb out the same day I called. They were absolutely professional & knowledgeable as they did troubleshooting of the entire system. Fortunately, no replacements or repairs were needed, as the issue ended up being a frozen waterline. I was very pleased with the service throughout from Glenn's.

The water system in my house stopped working and we needed help. Without hesitation, Glenn's Electric squeezed us in on a late snowy Friday afternoon. Caleb and Jacob, friendly and up-beat, discussed the problem while troubleshooting the equipment and quickly got the water running again. They even came prepared to tackle pulling the well pump up out of the ground in the dark, which could have been the main problem. This isn’t the first time that their routine service or their emergency response helped us in a jam. The professionals at Glenn’s Electric has the knowledge, experience, and the right parts for your job. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are planning to do a water well project or have an emergency with any water well system.

Took in a DeWalt charger for a recall and i never got it back. I called dozens of times and they kept saying DeWalt was the hold up and they would call when it was ready. Not impressed with their ability to follow through.

they rarely have what we need, they overcharge for their stuff. once, i price-checked a tool they were selling that was "on sale". the owner told me he had thrown customers out of his store for less. i told the owner that i, and the business i represent, expect to pay a premium for their motors so that they can keep a convenient inventory. we do not expect to pay double for a pair of pliers. regardless, they should treat their customers with respect. i told him he didn't have to throw me out. i reported to the boss what happened and he agreed that we'd avoid glenn's whenever possible. i'm glad glenn's electric is in town but only when i am desperate, and only as a last option.

I have a 12v hydraulic pump that stopped working, called them to see if they work on them, and they said they did so I took it down. They said it would take about a week to get to it. Called a week and a half later and they said they have been busy and had not had a chance to look at it yet. Told them it was for a small business and I was loosing money every day they had it, they said they would expedite it for me. Caden finally called a week later and said he saw it sitting in the corner and figured that he would call because they don’t work on 12v systems. I had talked to 3 people previous to him and they all said they work on them. Lost 2 1/2 weeks of business and the most he could say is he would talk to his employees and let them know they don’t work in that stuff. They are a joke company with horrible customer service. I understand if you don’t work on something, but taking down my most profitable piece of equipment at its most demanding time of the year fir 2 1/2 weeks before letting me know you don’t work on them? That is just ridiculous!!! I was planning on going to them to purchase an irrigation pump, I’ll go to Ogden or SLC, thanks. It’s too bad you can’t give less than a star!!

If you have a smaller job Glenn’s is not the place to go! I tried for months to get someone to come fix my artesian well and because it was a smaller job I kept getting pushed and pushed. I finally went to mountain valley motor and pump and they got it focused immediately. I wasted months waiting on glenn’s

Took a 12v hydraulic pump to them for repair. Called them on a Friday and asked if they work on them, and they said they did. Pulled the pump and had it to them by 4:00. Asked them how long it would take and they said they were backed up a little, but could have it the following week. Let a week and a half pass without hearing from them. Called on that Wednesday and they said they had not been able to get to it, but would expedite it and get back to me in a few days. They finally called me just before closing the following Monday. I was unable to get the call, so they left a message. Called them back Tuesday morning and talked to Caden, he told me that they were sorry, but they do t work on 12v pumps. He also said that he found the pump in a corner and had no idea it was even there or he would have called me sooner. I had talked to 3 people who all said they would be able to repair it, they said they would expedite it, they had it 2 1/2 weeks before they even cared to say they couldn't do anything with it. I run a small side business and this is my busy season. They don't care at all about their customers, or customer service. I will not call them again for anything. I was planning on buying an irrigation pump through them, but there is no way in hell now. I'll go to Ogden or SLC rather than step foot in there again!

This is a GREAT place to go to have your irrigation pump repaired or replaced. Had one replaced last year, great price, staff very helpful, very knowledgeable. This year needed help, Cody came to my home, needed to take pump to the store, they brought it inside the store and by that afternoon, work was done - no charge! I like all the team members, very kind, knowledgeable, and I will return for all irrigation pump needs.
