“I was greeted by Kate who asked me what I could use help with. I was looking to downsize my bed from a king to a queen and wanted an adjustable bed. Beds have changed a lot since I last purchased, so Kate was very helpful in helping me navigate the different brands and types. I laid down on different brands and firmnesses until I found the one that was perfect for me and within my budget. They have everything to choose from so the selection was wonderful. There was no pressure at all from Kate to buy or buy a specific bed. It truly felt like she just wanted to make sure I had the bed that I would sleep the most comfortably on. And that’s what makes them the best place to buy a mattress. I love that I won’t miss out on a sale in the next 120 days bc they will refund the difference if my specific mattress goes on sale within that time period. Free set up and delivery and taking away my old mattress is also more added bonuses to their exemplary service.”
