I don't understand how this new fedex building in logan doesn't speed things up? I pay for 2 day air shipping last Thursday Feb 15 because I'm on a time crunch with my car broken down and now it won't be here for another week?

Had an order overnighted. Claimed a delivery attempt was made. Wife was home heard nothing and porch camera did not detect motion. There was no attempt. Called and they said they would “re-attempt” delivery. Knowing they were blowing smoke I went to the location and picked my package up. Usually have bad experiences with FedEx but what can you do.

What that heck is wrong with fedex. My first package from Verizon lost and they won’t helpSecond package from Best Buy delay 4 days and now from Best Buy is lost in north salt lake . I knew fedex is bad but this is really bad . My dog can get things done faster and better. How this place still in bussines . Definitely new management. Sad part is that ground and express have the worst customer service . The IRS can get things done faster

I hate to give a negative review but I'd recieved a package that was so dirty I could have written a message on it that said clean me with my finger. Just like we sometimes do on the back of our dirty cars.. No joke!

The sign on the door showed they were open on Saturday, but apparently not. All we needed to do was drop off a box that was already labeled for shipping, but they wouldn't let us in. Had to find another location, which was so inconvenient, since we were already pressed for time.

FedEx is complete trash. Not only do I have 15 plus videos from my ring camera of you guys just throwing packages but now today you leave four packages in front of the garage uncovered in a downpour rainstorm instead of putting them under our porch where they wouldn't have gotten soaked just because he was too lazy to walk an extra 8 ft and now two of the items are ruined if I could somehow never have FedEx ship anything to me ever again I would. When UPS delivers I have zero issues maybe you guys should go over to them and have them teach you and write down a few notes on how to do your job properly.

Didn’t have to wait and the parcel I sent at 4:30 pm was delivered in California by 9:00 am the next morning. The staff at FedEx were friendly and efficient

I would give a negative 5 or 10 stars if I could. They lost an extremely sensitive document that was sent to my husband. Extremely sensitive. In my opinion they should be knocking on doors in the evening, after hours, when ppl are actually home. They should prove they are doing all that they can to find that package. The document they lost was extremely important. It required a signature upon arrival. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH IMPORTANT SENSITIVE INFORMATION. Also, if you don't want to speak to a machine, good luck, won't happen.

I had been waiting for a package stuck in transit and went in to the Logan office to do some investigating. The employees were so friendly and happy to help me - I had Josie help me out and she even offered to make a claim with the company I had made an order with for a replacement. No complaints!!! Thank you Josie!
