Went into this location and they provide very little to no service. I told them that I didn’t get a email from the printer and the assistant manager acted like I disrupted her life. Very sarcastic and rude. With a sprinkle of obnoxious.

It seems weird that there is a surcharge if the employees do the printing - they push the self service option strongly. Don't quite understand that - and it makes it a small hassle because if I want to print on cardstock I have to talk to them anyway to get the paper and then they load it into the self serve machine. By the time that's all done they could've done it themselves faster with less effort.

Unhelpful staff. Said they can’t ship a package for me even though fedex specifically told me that this location could do it. Employee seemed more interested in getting me to leave than solving the problem. Didn’t work hard at all.

Terrible customer service. Definitely overcharging you for the service they're providing. If you need anything done, go to the UPS store next door. SAVED 150 dollars on my order.
