After months of being promised a promotion and it never showing up I am exhausted and feel completely betrayed. I was talked into a deal that even after I went in again on multiple occasions due to it never showing up and me owing way more than promised, I have given up and will never trust their promised quotes again. I'm beyond frustrated at their lack of knowledge and failure to follow through.

I was experiencing connectivity issues. Poor service, unable to make calls or receive texts, and no data. After talking with Verizon support they suggested that I get a new SIM card for my phone. So I went to these guys to get a replacement. Upon my first visit they told me that Verizon was experiencing outages. Suggested that if my service didn't improve, to visit the next day. So I went back the next day and they allegedly replaced my SIM. Over the weekend no noticeable improvement was made, so I contacted Verizon support. They told me that there was no new SIM on my account. This store lied to me. If you would like to be denied service, then lied to this store is right for you.

If you’re trading your phones in for a new one, don’t allow them to send them in. Do it yourself and send it to Verizon that way you at least have a tracking number. I traded 6 phones in Oct/Nov 2021 (turned them in at Russell Cellular) and 6+ months later I still don’t have the credit for the 3 phones from Verizon.Verizon can’t help me solve this and Russell Cellular has ‘looked into it’ with no success. There’s no motivation by anyone to actually fix it or try and make things right. I have gone into the south Logan store and emailed their customer service. They’ve stopped responding to my emails so I’m guessing they stopped caring. The reps in the store are nice but they don’t have the ability to help and have to reach out to their district manager.Honestly, save yourself months of headaches and just go to the corporate store in Logan.

I had an awesome experience with John at this location! Customer service here is phenomenal, they are polite, courteous, and honest. This is the best location I go to for help with my phone.

Our previous carriers were being a nightmare to port over and John and Brennan made it work. Spent a lot longer in the store than I would have liked, but they were really nice and made everything work.

Smoke & Mirrors! I bought three phones from this store. 2 out of the 3 phones I was lied too and cheated out of hundreds of dollars. In December 2021 I traded in a Pixel 5 for a Pixel 6 Pro. I was told I would get $440 trade in value for my Pixel 5. My bill came and I only got $220. A month later I was charged $220 for adjustments to my account. So I am out $440 or a like new Pixel 5 phone. During the same month I traded in another phone and purchased a Samsung S21, I was told I would get $100 trade in on my phone. Instead I am only getting $50. Beware, if you go to this store. DO NOT RECOMEND

I've found the waiting time at Russell's to be minimal, the technicians are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that they are not trying to "ram a sale down my throat" when I walk through the door. It's my Verizon store of choice and I highly recommend them!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went in wanting to upgrade my phone. This location had the staff needed to handle Saturday business needs. They got me taken care of in no time. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

After getting ignored and very frustrated at another Verizon store in our town I gave up and went to Russell Verizon store. I was helped immediately. All my questions were answered and I got the phone I needed ..all set up in no time. Extremely impressed

Great help from the person behins the desk. We were able to reaolve an issue we have had dealing with Verizon over the phone finally by him helping us. Great attitude.
