I recently rented a storage here the person behind the counter was very friendly (Jodie) she clarified all my questions and found the one I was looking for, she detailed everything well and explained things very well, I highly recommend it

everytime I had to speak with them they were very helpful and accommodating. I would give 5 stars except for a hiccup when they assumed the property I had some difficulty but when I was able to figure out how to contact them they immediately solved my problem.

Great place for holding stuff for a few months! Plenty of room to pull up a trailer, load/unload, and as of more recently with the management the security has gotten a bit better. Security cameras are up and overall a better service. Thanks for the help Ryan!

We have had our stuff at the storage unit for quite a while even through the change of different ownership, but since it’s switched ownership this time, they did not let us know anything. We were not aware that it even switched ownership and because it switched ownership we’re not on auto pay anymore. They didn’t let us know until we were two months behind and then we had a pre-foreclosure fee that they would not takeoff even though they did not get a hold of us to let us know anything about what was going on. They said they sent a mass email to everyone because they couldn’t get a hold of everybody in time but we received no email. So because of their negligence we had to pay $120 pre-foreclosure fee when we were not even aware we were behind because of them! We are taking our stuff out of there in the next week because we will not deal with horrible ownership!

I am pleasantly surprised with the new owners! I have had a unit here through 2 other owners and so far these gals seem to be the best.
Had some billing confusion with the switch over, went in to update the issue to keep my stuff. They waved all the late fees and found the new rates are lower then the last owners. They have started making repairs to the facility too! Its cleaner and the gate works again!

I needed fast, friendly service for college dorm storage and I found it here! They offered a discounted rate for a few months and they even threw in a free lock for my storage unit! I'm very happy :)
