I have been trying to reach this company and the ownership group so I can just get back my upright piano, no one returns phone calls, their location in ***** **** on main street has documents in the door that has been dropped off by the ****************** needing them to fix their business reports. I just need an answer and I will pay the amount to go get my piano and get it fixed else where. ********************* ******** ****

These guys picked up a piano to be delivered out of town and never contacted me afterwards. When I finally was told that they had indeed picked it up, they hold it ransom for over $1,200 for me to get it back. I had tried to get a hold of ANYBODY several times, and so did my mom, but no one ever called back. They laughed at me when i asked why they didn't send a letter(they said they tried to call, but I NEVER received any calls or voicemails) and told me thats why phones were invented. The owner told me he had nothing to gain by keeping my piano... Except for the $1,200+ he said i had to pay before he'd give me my piano back!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!!! They stole my piano my mother bought in 1986. If I could leave a negative star rating, i would without regret. The owner is a HORRIBLE PERSON!

* I would love to change this review, and will update it if something changes, but I have no voice other than this right now*For the past 6 months I have been trying to call this business and only to get a voicemail or a full voicemail. I have left several informative messages to have them not returned-OVER SEVERAL MONTHS. Their voicemail makes the reason for not answering as “we are away from our phones in this line of work” okay, cool. Have someone in the office answer the phone please. I need to get on the books somehow. I really need service and I don’t like that this is the only business in the valley.

I was SO impressed with how efficient and professional Seth Dunkley was with the moving of my grand. Although his schedule was crazy busy, he was an absolute PRO! I couldn’t believe how TWO guys maneuvered down THREE flights of stairs, into a truck, and into another home with NO snags. Not only did my piano make the trip with ZERO scratches and arrived in pristine condition, it was IN TUNE!! Yeah, you read that correctly. WELL DONE!! In addition, his prices were very reasonable. THE BEST!

We were in a jam as the other piano mover we had booked cancelled at the last minute. I called up Dunkley Music and they were able to fit us into their afternoon schedule and get our piano moved out that same day. On top of that, they were professional and fast and we paid the same amount as the other company's quote. I wished I would have just booked Dunkley Music in the first place.

Not sure they understand the concept if voicemail. I had a piano that needed to have the key re ivoried, a few strings needed replacing and then it needed to be moved. I left many messages and finally got them on the phone by shear luck. I had to r3schedule the move and called every 20 minutes the day of, and left at least 10 messages. They showed up to do the move, and I said I can't do it yet because the carpets in the new house were being cleaned and mentioned the failed attempts to get I touch. They said they'd call me the next day to reschedule. And after another 15 voicemails I said bag it. I made one call to a fellow in nibley. Piano was in his shop the next day, fixed and in my new house 2 weeks later. This company must have an aversion to money.

If I could give zero stars I would, these people have had my mom's player piano for 7 months. She was told it was done and they would call back with a total in September. They didn't call back, so she has made at least 15 calls and left messages and they never call back. Seems they may have stolen my mom's piano.

Dunkley Music was very polite and professional when they moved our heavy upright piano. They really knew what they were doing and had great suggestions when they moved the piano into our home with wood floors. They were great to notify us when there were going to show up and their free quote was right on. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I needed my antique piano moved out of my deceased parents' basement, which was full of mold after a flood. The nice guy over the phone made me feel confident in their services. I paid extra to have my piano cleaned (alot extra). I expected for $300 extra, it would be clean when it was delivered. It came with dust in the crevices, still having an odor. I think the cleaning it got was cursory at best. The appointment made to deliver the piano was missed completely, without even a phone call. Then when they made another appointment, they arrived two hours late, without a phone call to inform us they were running behind. They did replace a missing wheel, at an extra cost, but overall, I was disappointed in the service received.

We had Dunkley music move our piano. They showed up and were very polite. The piano was moved but there ended up being a problem with the pedal so they weren't able to set up the piano 100% once they moved it. After talking with them about how we are going to solve the problem, we planned for them to come back out to complete the set-up. I have called more than five times, not once have they returned my call. They were suppose to show up last week but never showed, never called. I left multiple messages but have yet to receive a call back. I'm so bummed because we really heard good things about "Dunkley Music," so the non-communication from their end was quite surprising. :( I still have a piano not completely set-up and not working correctly.

not really happy with the service provided. they didnt call back like they were supposed to and it was frustrating
