I just got done talking to Danny down at big O and this is nonsense is if someone wants to put more of a premium part on their vehicle like control arms or lower control arms new struts they should be able to do that and the alignment should still be covered. but since I replaced all of those parts my alignment isnt covered. you guys lost my business. i hope Ryan fixed big o attitude cause he has a big one problem. they should make Sam the sales rep the manager there. he takes pride in his work. the rest of them don't care. there just there to make a Buck

Got my tire pressure checked and filled for free in a manner of 5 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. Super prompt and helpful service!!

Was on vacation and tire was acting weird. They were super responsive, very knowledgeable and not only fixed the problem but researched to find the right answer. They were great on price and did not push for the higher price because the correct product. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend this place. Nathan was the one helping me and I felt really taken care of! Got a new set of tires and they noticed a sensor was out and got that fixed too. Great, fast service.

HORRIBLE!! This place is highly unprofessional. After finally getting ahold of and speaking with Kyler (which he doesn't answer his phone, only texts) he gave me a price and said he was willing to do some work for me. After a couple of days I reached out to verify an appointment and the work I was doing with him. He then informed me that he wasn't going to do the work on my car because I decided to not do an extra $1000.00 worth of work on my car. Long story short. If your job isn't thousands of dollars worth of work, he wont work on it. Very money hungry. Go to a place that has better customer service because this place has none.

Always fair if not better price than anyone in Cache valley for comparable retail products and services. They can do 90% of anything you'd want done on your car in the way of typical upkeep and services. Best price anywhere I know of for unlimited alignments. I year 3 year Or 5 year plan

I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Dependable Tire and Auto. I had heard so many positive things and with their great reviews I was excited to work with them. However, after calling multiple times and sending multiple text messages I could not get anyone to respond to me. It was blatantly obvious they were ignoring me and my business. Apparently they do great work if you can get in contact with them but I wouldn't count on it.

Drove 900 miles to move my daughter into her dorm at Utah State. The drive was less than comfortable with the shaking and vibration from my tires being out of balance. Sad thing is that I had my tires balanced and rotated before I left on this trip and trusted that it was done right. Obviously not. Frustrated and felt ripped off. I found Discount tire here in Logan and was pleasantly greeted from the first step in the door. I forgot the girls name that helped me, she was awesome! Even though I was from out of state they treated me like I was a local and like family. John the tire guy was on a mission to find my issue and he did. He was very informative and honest. The place I went to before my trip needs to learn from the people at discount tire in Logan Utah. Honest work ethics and trustworthy service. Shame on you.
