Horrible horrible horrible service!!!!!
I had went in for a pedicure and an older man attended me and was right away rushing, pushing and pulling my foot very hard! When he was massaging my leg he was causing me pain! I even told him he has hurting me and he continued! He was not cautious at all about smearing the polish or banging my foot on the UV light every time! I openly expressed to him he was hurting me and he did not care at all! The cashier at the front desk also a man was very unprofessional and rude!
Don’t waste your money or time here! What a horrible experience! I was trying to enjoy a pedicure w/ my daughter and it turned into a painful upsetting experience!

Friendly, fast, great service, and creative designs on request. The pedicures and nails both gel and acrylic are both excellent and last til next fill easily. Highly recommend.

if i could give this place a 0 star review i would… truly the worst service ever i was there for 20 minutes and it was 50 dollars, they barely gave me a massage and i would never go to this place even if i could get one for free. do not recommend going here EVER.

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I was there for 20 minutes and charge $50. It was supposed to be a really nice relaxing day with my girls for Mother's Day and ended up very disappointed and felt ripped off.

Went in for pedi. Gentleman used a pumas stone across the TOP of both feet. No clue why. Have never had that done before. Scrubbed to the point of bleeding. I asked him to stop. Ended up asking for bandaid. He then dug under the nails to clean.....won't have to have that done again for months. The end result is pretty but have never experienced this kind of service. I have had a few pedicures there but this is a first. It has been 2 days and they still hurt and are scabbed.

I love Len! When he does my nails my acrylics stay on for over a month with no chips or scratches!

Just had a girls' day. There were 4 of us . We did the spa pedicures. I go at least once a month to do my nails. Sometimes, I have to wait a bit. Prices are ok.

DO NOT GO HERE
Employees are extremely hard to work with, and the service provided was horrendous, nothing like the photo that they said they could achieve. We definitely were given the run around while trying to get refunded. Don't put yourself through this kind of stress, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

What i asked for vs what i got The lady that did my nails was very rushed, lazy, and didn't care...I mean look at the photos. I asked her to do silver jewls under the pink tip. And she went and got some tacky silver shit. It was a terrible experience. I'm very disappointed.

Terrible place to go. We called ahead and checked for availability (if they didn’t have any then no worries we’ll check elsewhere) but they confirmed we could be seen at 6. We got there right on time and we asked to wait, two women who didn’t have appointments came after us and were brought back almost immediately. 40 minutes later my wife had still not been seen and they weren’t close to being done with anyone. If they can’t stick to their appointments then they shouldn’t be making them. Awful customer service as well, didn’t offer any consolation or anything just proceeded to chuckle amongst themselves.

can’t give 0 stars but i made an appointment at 6 and two ladies who didn’t make an appointment and came in after me got seated right away and i was forgotten about for 40 minutes and decided to just leave cause that’s just ridiculous
