Drove two hours (4round trip) to pick up wheat I can’t get anywhere in Utah county, for Father’s Day, I’ve already paid for it, took the time off work and they have hand written sign on the door that says they’re closed for a work function. Online says they are open ?? absolutely unprofessional!

Love their flour! Have been making bread and rolls with this flour for a long time. My father used this flour and I still do as well. Did not know that they were not open on Saturdays however!

Excellent little place. We have loved their pancake flour. I've been using the artisan wheat flour as well. It is a good flour. Made some home made pasta with it the other night. What a treat. If you need flour this is the place to get it.

I purchased (2) 50# bags of Khorasan wheat berries from the Logan location. After returning home (50 miles) both bags were opened to discover that the wheat was full of chaff, in-shell berries, as well as a few tiny rocks. Nowhere near the quality or experience I have had with other suppliers of this product. I contacted Central Milling to let them know what I had found. This was the response: “We concluded that you must have got the last two bags of the batch, and sometimes, the last part of the boxes end up with in-shell kernels; it's rare but does happen.” After investigating my claim it was apparent that they had sold an inferior product. However; no refund or discount was given and an exchange refused stating: “we won't be able to exchange the Khorasan because the bag has been opened.” Not a company that stands behind the admittedly inferior product that they sold. Cannot use for home milling. Beware.

25 lb bag ordered and shipped extremely fast, had some slight issues with the arrival but it was more of a Fed Ex issue, Central Milling Immediately corrected the problem by sending me a another 25 lb bag.In my quest for the perfect Pizza made at home I have found my flour, originally a Caputo fan, this makes a better dough.

I can not say ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT Central Milling. Central Milling bent over backwards to help make a pick up order from the Logan Utah location. I drove from Oregon on family business and stopped by the Logan center on short notice and they pulled the order together. Thank you, thank you, thank you

It took a month to receive my flour order. I received an email on November 23rd saying my order had shipped and would be delivered November 20th. I emailed the company about the order and never received a response. Definitely not worth the hassle and wait. They get an F for customer service.

I bought from them online during the great flour shortage this year as all organic flour in my local supermarkets was out of stock and we bake at home a lot.. I am SOO glad that I bought from them -- the flour is incredible!! The bread rises high, is flavorful and light we have been going through a loaf in 1.5 days thats how good the flour is!! It has volcanic minerals so its better for you! Using the same recipe I was before, just switched to this brand of flour (away from king arthur).. Won't be going back to king arthur ever again! When I did call and ask for suggestions the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful!! Super customer service, fast shipping, amazing product! They have made a lifetime customer out of me!!

This is a store for professional bakers, although non-pros can shop there as well. I've found the staff to be knowledgeable and the selection and prices truly excellent. I read a one star review that was so full of vitriol and bile that I had to add my 2 cents worth. It sounded like a disgruntled former employee trying to damage to company. I, of course, don't know as I wasn't present, but how a normal customer could hold such a low opinion of a baking supply store is beyond me. If I'm mistreated in a store, I won't go back and I might leave a review with a fact based description of the issue I had with them. I wouldn't leave a vague diatribe or anything ending in all caps.
