I have picked out tile for my two bathrooms 3 times now. And it's true the 3rd times a charm. Maddie at Castalite has been absolutely amazing. She helped us more than anyone at any of the other places we have looked. I recommend Maddie for anything you need she went above and beyond to get us what we needed. But the other lady that was there was super sweet too. Thank you so very much Maddie!

Costumer service is worthless. Looking to build a retaining wall and the best service they could give was an outdated book to look at and a price sheet. No talking to us to give us a better understanding of what our options were, nothing. What a joke of a company. Will be taking my business to Weber County.

They have pretty much all you would ever need when it comes to tiling. Great quality products and fairly good prices. That said, make sure you know exactly what you need going in when purchasing your supplies. We were given a couple of wrong items because an employee told us that was the one we would need for our size tile. We ended up haveing to go buy the correct one at Lowe’s because they ended up being closed for the holidays. So just be 100% positive about the supplies you need when going in and don’t just go in and say this is what I’m doing what do you recommend? Employees are very kind and willing to help out! Overall our experience was good!
