Amazing gym with great coaches and athletes alike. They are happy to work with you at whatever level of fitness you are at to help you improve! Low pressure environment for a "Crossfit" style gym where the focus is on getting and staying in shape, not getting injured.

Great place! Stopped in while visiting from out of town. Welcoming atmosphere, great programming, and friendly coaches. Glad I found this place. I will be coming back anytime I find myself in Logan.

In my opinion Brad has created the best possible physical fitness training experience. Beginners just trying to get in shape to competitive athletes will find CVSC rewarding.

A smaller gym, but a friendly crowd, and in tune trainers. Whether you are an athlete or simply way out of shape as I am, the trainers work with you and don't make you feel ashamed for it. The price is a little steeper, but there is no yearly contract as it is pay to month basis. So if after a month you don't like it, you can leave and are not stuck in a years contract. So if you are looking for something new, then this is a recommended location.

This gym was perfect for what I was looking for. You can pay by the month and you don't go through the racquet of a sales bro presentation in order to sign up... you just pay and go.

great trainer/coach...brad is amazing. he has done wonders for me, this is coming from someone who hasn't worked out in 30 years. I feel better than I have in decades. if you are thinking about going to a gym, check here first. great people, clean facility, and amazing trainers.

I dropped in on the 5:15 PM class from out of town because I was in desperate need of a workout. Chelsea was my coach and she was so helpful and friendly!!! She answered all of my questions and was all around awesome! The other members were just as nice and welcoming. Highly recommend cache valley strength and conditioning!

Two things make CVSC great, Brad, Jamie and Tara, and the down to earth supportive community of folks that are regulars. After three years of my wife trying to get me to join, I finally did, with my only regret being I didn’t do it sooner! Just a great place filled with good people that make it fun to have your butt kicked as a group! My advice after now going for four months, don’t wait like I did!

Dropped in while in town on business and met the owner, Brad, who was very welcoming and took the time to talk with me and give me some information about the gym. Once the workout started Brad explained things very well so everyone understood and while we trained he moved throughout the room to encourage athletes and give cues on form. I’m a trainer myself and was impressed with his demeanor and ability to make others feel comfortable! It was a great workout and well programmed for both new and seasoned athletes. I would highly recommend training at Cache Valley Strength and Conditioning!

I have really enjoyed my experience at this gym! Brad does a great job at working with each person to make sure they are doing the movements correctly in order to avoid injury and build strength. If you have been thinking about joining this type of gym... I highly recommend this one!

I’ve been a member of CVSC for almost 8 years and it never disappoints. It’s a place where I feel comfortable, welcome, and most importantly has challenging workouts. The staff is very knowledgeable at their expertise and CARE about you as an athlete. Brad takes the time to understand all of his members and is always willing to offer his advice and guidance. He is knowledgeable in his programming, and continues his education in the profession.
