I drive about an hour and pass two other gyms on my way to CVMA because of how good I think this gym is. Koffi is an outstanding instructor and coach. The variety and quality of training is unmatched.

Really great schedule to work around. There are morning and evening classes which makes it pretty available regardless of your work schedule or if you end up with a free day you could really get a lot of hours of training in. Awesome coaches to go along with that.

I’m so grateful to have found CVMA, After moving on a limb to Cache valley from South OC in California I was seriously worried that I would not find a gym that could offer the high level training I’m used to. I quickly came to realize Koffi exceeded my needs and blew away my expectations. Koffi is a phenomenal coach and has so many great teaching methods. From his combos, techniques, repetition, drills and skill he trains you to puts all the pieces together perfectly. It’s been so cool to watch the ppl in our class & fight team of all ages and levels become better fighters and grow their skill, confidence and experience in fighting. Koffi has a special passion and dedication for this sport and for his fighters. Honestly you won’t find another gym that can offer what we have here at CVMA ♥️

My 7 year old son came for a trial day at this gym. The gym is clean and comfortable and the staff was professional and very helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and my son had a really good time. We came in knowing nothing about any type of martial arts and my son felt welcomed and very comfortable getting involved in activities that were new to him. The instructors were very involvedand maintained good structure and fun for the kids.I like that there is a clear and set class schedule and price here, and I really appreciated the parent sitting area.I was surprised to see several girls in the class, and a female instructor. While not necessary, I know this would help my daughter feel more comfortable and welcomed in this gym also.

Easily one of the most welcoming gyms in the area. Came by as a visitor looking for a place to train and it lives up to its rating here. Koffi is a great instructor, got some quality rolls with high level competitors and everyone was fun to talk with. 100% recommend
