Self paid and the insurance was submitted, paid the insurance. This was in sept. 2023 and they have refused to pay my self pay back, avoid going to this business.

They merged the cache valley community center and health west clinic’s and didn’t bother to inform me my provider no longer worked there or save my information so they treated me like a new patient- having to re do all the paper work and see a new provider just to get my medication refilled. A waste of time and money.

If I could give this clinic negative stars, I would. They NEVER answer the phone and trying to get an appointment scheduled BEFORE refills on meds are needed is next to impossible. Twice now we have needed a medication refilled for my family member and they wouldn't refill until the appointment; requests have been made to talk with the doctor to get enough meds to get by to the next appointment...receptionists and the MAs have "left notes" for the doctor to review the request... How many notes need to be left before the doctor actually sees it? I had to call and speak with the office manager after trying to call and talk with the doctor/nurse for almost a week. They claimed they would have the doctor call us, no calls were made.This place DOES NOT care about their patients. Their communication is absolute trash. Their professionalism is far from that. I recommend looking elsewhere for care if "care" is what you're looking for.

This clinic has never been so bad.. I had a 3:20 appointment and wasn’t seen till 4. On top of that I really needed antibiotics for My sinus infection which was not even looked at and now here I am writing this with serious vertigo at 3am because someone refused to help me. I waited for my 40 minute appointment and only got 20 minutes of nothing.. now I have to call tomorrow super sick in hopes I can even get meds without paying for another worthless visit

Their offices are mismanaged. They neglect their responsibilities to patients and subsequently risk patients' health and well being. One of my other doctors tried to get in contact with the PA I was seeing at CVCHC and never got a reply. They failed to refill one of my medications for 4 weeks despite me following up. When I followed up I was told the nurse was out and medical was understaffed. So, I waited and called again — same response.I called after the first week of waiting to schedule an appointment for a procedure. It was scheduled for 3 weeks out. I continued to follow up about the medication refill. A week before the appointment for the procedure I needed, I finally got a call from the medical assistant. She told me she'd get the pre-authorization for the procedure, but asked me to call the insurance, as well, in case she didn't get to it.I called the insurance and was told there was some issue authorizing it with that PA. The day before the procedure I spoke to the medical assistant and she told me she called the previous week and everything was fine. She said she'd call again, just in case. I didn't hear back.The next day I went into the office for my appointment. I paid the copay, then the receptionist called and talked to the P.A. She then tells me the provider is no longer in network with my insurance and will not be seeing me. I went a month without birth control because they would never respond. Then with the procedure, they had multiple weeks to figure out the insurance issue. They could have told me the week previous or even the day before. But I had to waste my time planning my day around the procedure and going there just to be told they were cancelling it, and I was not refunded my copay.THEN when I asked to speak to the P.A. she blamed it on the poor administration and recent changes. She took no accountability for not simply notifying me the DAY BEFORE the appointment that they would need to cancel. The way they handled the entire situation was unacceptable and caused a lot of harm and difficulties for me. 4 weeks off my birth control was bad enough, let alone putting me in a position where I'd have to wait even longer for a procedure that I could have found another provider for much sooner.

I used to LOVE this health center! The doctors were so nice and listened with empathy. But in the last year or so, it’s gone so far down hill. I’ve tried so many times to even reach a nurse but no one EVER answers the phone. They won’t even answer my pharmacy to refill a prescription I need ASAP and have been trying to reach them for for FIVE days! Awful communication and I haven’t even been able to reach my doctor for questions I’ve had for 6 months. I do NOT recommend this place and will be looking for a new doctor.

I’ve been really disappointed with this clinic. Whenever I need to make an appointment, it’s very difficult to get someone to pick up the phone. When I have left messages, they don’t call back. I have even gone into the clinic just to make an appointment because they don’t pick up the appointment scheduling line. Last week my physician canceled the day of my appointment, and the nurse said they’d put in a request to have her refill my prescriptions without an appointment. I asked that they’d give me a call to follow up. Haven’t heard a peep since and am now out of my medication. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Dealing with withdrawals because of the clinic’s organizational issues is no fun.

I do not recommend this place for dental care. The only way to get anyone to answer a phone is by choosing the option to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I had several cavities filled and a month later one tooth chipped that had been filled. I tried calling to schedule an emergency appointment to get the chipped tooth dealt with. They said to schedule an emergency appointment I would have to talk to lab. Nobody answers and there is no way to leave a message with the automated answering service. Getting someone to answer at this place is like pulling teeth.

I have been coming to this North Logan clinic for many years. At first the experience was good, they had a sliding pay scale that helped me get the care I needed when I was struggling financially. I have since improved my situation, I have a new job with medical and dental insurance and decided to keep coming to the clinic because I liked my doctor (Daniel Jeffrey) and dentist (Peery). Because of a recent motorcycle accident I have become more of a regular visitor. Within the last year (2022-2023) since being acquired... or under new management etc... they have completely let me down, over and over. Within the last year they have been impossible to get to answer the phone nor any call back for any messages left. One receptionist will tell you one thing whereas another will tell you something completely different. Is there no communication within this clinic? They used to care- they no longer care! I have had some kind of "issue" with every visit the last few months and today there was another issue with billing and they would not allow me my visit that already had to be rescheduled. I have taken work off multiple times to have a visit but instead have it end up being an "issue" and I either don't get the treatment needed or I have to reschedule again and again. I spoke with this branch manager or owner? today and expressed to him the frustrations I have been having and that I am thinking of going elsewhere after almost 8 years of coming here...He did offer some excuses but when I tried to express how frustrating of an experience it was for the customer he started to turn confrontational and I had to end the interaction. The real reason I have stayed here so long was the wonderful interaction I get from my doctors, Sven Peery and Daniel Jeffrey, but with both of them leaving this clinic soon, why should I stay in this mess? It's just sad being let down and unheard.

My tooth broke in April, I called all month and in May I just ended up walking in. Scheduled the appointment in June and when I arrived, they forgot to save the appointment. Rescheduled for today and the same thing. Will not be returning if I can't even get in after 3 times.

If I could I wouldn't give him any stars. He started a root canal and told me I'd have to come back to get it finished. At my next appointment I was told I had to pay $300 to get it finished. I'm homeless and have no income with a tooth that got extremely infected.

Whoever your after hours operator is needs a lesson in customer service. Brash tones and hung up on me after saying she's "Never heard of" my doctor. Like what?? Sorry you have to do your job lady. I'll just limp over somewhere else.
