I have never taken my animals to this vet clinic, but I called for some information and the person answering phones was very cold and short with me. It felt like there was no desire to help me with my inquiry or figure out any sort of a solution, which was really frustrating.

What an amazing staff and facility. We live in salt lake and while visiting garden city our dog needed to be seen. They fit him in and we're so fast and nice and top notch care was delivered. I almost considered switching all of our care here but it's just too far to drive to from the south end of salt lake!

If you want your dog mistreated, abused, neglected And then to be kicked off the property when you try to inquire about what happened. By far worse Veterinary Clinic I've ever been to. Proves my point, someone calls them out on there services(if you can even call it that) They get defensive don't want to deal with the truth and kick you off their property

Some vet lady from this nasty place took mydog from my own property and laughed when Iclaimed it was my dog. How can this place justhire employees that literally kidnap dogs? I don'tknow what her intentions were but this was MYdog she was taking. Absolutely disgusted bythis "vet". Would rate this place a zero if I could.

My wife and I called after hours because we were concerned our fur baby aspirated water after his bath. Not 5 mins after leaving our name and number the veterinarian on call called us back and talked to us for 15 mins about the situation and what was to be done. We were blown away at the professionalism and kindness we were shown. Thank you Cache Meadow!

My dog had puppies about a week ago and mom wasn't doing well at all so we took her to cache meadow vet clinic. After a wellness check they determined she was sad and exhausted but was also in pain so sent us home with pain pills. Four hours later I thought my dog was going to die so I went right back in and I asked for x-ray because I knew something was wrong. I was told by vet there was nothing in the x-rays and my dog will be fine. My exact words to the doctor was " I just don't want my dog to die" long story short, my dog passed away the next day. No blood work was done and I felt like they were trying to save me money not save my dog. Which they didn't and now I have so much regret that I listened to them and didn't go get a second opinion and I'm the one without a member of our family. I will never return there because of the lack of care and treatment that could have saved my dog's life. So if your looking for a cheap vet with nice staff this is your place, if your looking for a good and competent vet who will do anything to help your pet this is Not the place. If you care about your pet please take them elsewhere. I learned the hard way and now my family doesn't have our dog and my puppies don't have there mom.

We had never been to Cache Meadow, but found ourselves in need of a local emergency service when our older dog couldn't hang on anymore. We called Cache Meadow and couldn't have asked for a more supportive or peaceful passing for our beloved pet. Dr. Kemp was kind and professional. We are very thankful and happy to know there are other great vets in the valley in addition to our regular vet that we see here.

Best Vet in the valley! I have had so many great experiences with this clinic and no bad ones! They are clean, welcoming and professional. I took my fiance's mom's doberman there for an emergency and they got us in within 15 minutes of us calling! They quickly diagnosed him and were able to keep him calm the whole time. My dog Milo also visits for his regular yearly check up and has no problem just walking in, unlike other vets we've gone to where we've had to carry him in because he was so scared. They really do care about the wellness of your pets.

I have been taking my dogs to them and today I had an emergency my baby girl she was bleeding from her paw and the on call dr did not want to see her he seemed very uninterested and wanted to disregard the fact that she was bleeding and it wouldn’t stop he stated that he couldn’t see her until the morning, honestly if the bleeding wouldn’t of stop by morning she might of not made it, when he finally agreed after I kept asking, Terrible service and unwilling to be there for an emergency take your fur baby’s somewhere were they care and not just want your money.

The doctors and staff here are so kind and empathetic and have done a great job taking care of my cats since our family moved to Cache Valley 8 years ago. I appreciate how they go over diagnostic and treatment options in detail so that we can make informed decisions about our pets’ care.

We have been using Cache Meadow for 4 years now, usually just once a year. We typically see Dr. Kemp, he's been great. This last check-up I didn't specify that we like Dr. Kemp, when we arrived they told me it was with a different Doctor, he was nice too, although I didn't formally meet him. The COVID precautions are a bit unusual, they ask if you have any concerns, then you have to wait in your car while they take you pet to be examined. Next the doctor calls to go over the exam and answer any questions. It went rather quickly but was quite uncomfortable waiting outside in the summer heat and them whisking our dog away. The doctor was friendly enough on the phone, but then I had to call back the office to make my payment. Hopefully they'll reduce these restrictions soon, but it worked alright. Great customer service and pet care. I'm very excited that they have a dental specialist that can clean teeth without anesthesia.

We moved to 3 years ago and selected Cache Meadows. Very nice and caring staff. We recently had to put down our older boxer girl and considering the circumstances (Covid restrictions) it went as well as could be expected. I was able to spend the last 15 minutes or so with my girl, this was very important to me. Thank you for your compassion.
