I love the service at Cache Car Wash! I get a great detailed cleaning for less than a quarter of what I paid at the dealership. And they go the extra mile. Someone left a sticky candy in my cup holder and it had cemented in until it couldn't be removed, but CCW cleaned it all out for me! They have a nice place for me to wait (with TV), give me a drink, and put an air freshener in my car, too. Love, love, love this place.Services: Polishing

The service here was above expected. I came in and the manager took time out of his day to come look at my vehicle, and then test try a couple things to clean the hard water stains and a couple of the scratches and things on my vehicle they got me in within the week for a full exterior and interior cleaning and when I picked it up the vehicle pretty much looked like it was off the showroom floor and they did everything plus extra that they discussed in the Price. Today a few months later, I came back and the manager again came out and checked out my situation on my vehicle pulled up my old package. and got me in in two days. Overall I was super happy with the experience. Everyone’s great there, but hats off for going above and beyond to help me with my vehicle

From out of town, drove my truck here from North Carolina with my very large, long hair dog, so y’all can imagine how dirty it was! Did the “Express Detail” and these guys did an amazing job! They were very friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend!Service: Auto detailing

They did an amazing, wonderful, awesome eye stunning job. There’s no other place I would go to but this car wash my Cadillac ATS pearl white looks amazing. Stunning shining like a beauty. and they did an amazing job on the headlights. They look brand new and they’re very hard-working very time efficient very punctual very friendly very amazing place to come to and get your car detailed and Wash definitely recommend can’t wait to come back

I stopped in to have a care detailed, was told that did not have time yet 4 young employees were in the office talking and doing nothing. I paid for the only interior cleaning they would do which was the basic. My car still had dust on the door and was a very basic cleaning inside. I can do that! I won't return, I would be out of business if I ran my business like that!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Good Job Done and I will use them again but will mention to check in the areas between the seats and the console also lay down my back seats and vacuum those spots then I will give them a Great Job done. My experience here is not what I expected, I watched as a young girl being pulled away from her job to do someone else's just because they are short staffed.I also noticed how little work the manager does, how little he knows what he is actually doing, and how much he disappeared.They are short staffed so the express details are no longer express, they take hours to complete and you have to wait for yours to be done just for someone who came in after you to be taken into the bay before yours, making you wait even longer, the receptionist was very nice and helped me as much as she can, but since they are understaffed she couldn't do much.They need to hire more people to help pull the weight- not just push a single person to do their job and someone else's when the manager isn't doing anything or they are going to lose their employees.I wouldn't come here if you are looking for your car to be cleaned, the manager is sketchy and treats some of his employees badly. I used to get my car cleaned here a lot, but when I started noticing how they treat the older employees compared to their new employees that were hired after the manager; I just knew this place was bad. If I were you I wouldn't come here.I hope that they learn to fix how they treat their staff.

The manager doesn't know what he's doing, he treats his employees terribly. The "express details" are no longer express they take forever to get it done. I won't be coming back.

I use this business all the time. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Braxton was very friendly today, and offered to look for my mirror cover after I went throughThe cover was my fault nottheirs. Kayson was also very friendly. By far my favorite car wash in town. Always great service and they towel me off and the vacuums have no time limit and are free. I drive across town to get my car washed here. I've done the interior clean out and detailing twice and loved it both times.
