Menu items were clearly priced at 2 for $4. I was told the items I requested were 2 for $5. I said "But it says on your digital menu here that they're 2 for 4." She said "Would you like the 2 for 5 or no?"I'm on a tight budget and a little irritated that she was so blunt. I said "I think I'll go somewhere else" and she just says, "You do that."This is not customer service, she acted like she's doing me a huge favor by deigning to take my order at all. Selecting 3 stars instead of 1 in case she's having a bad day.

I am editing my review from 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't justify giving the night staff the five stars that they absolutely deserve. Because the public are owed a percentage that is based on previous experiences as well. 2 years ago I was working for a company that service individuals who are both deaf and nonverbal, and the individual that I was caring for, also had issues with their jaw, and the mechanisms that helped them to swallow food. 2 years ago I brought that client in numerous times because they loved Burger king, But ultimately couldn't justify continually giving my patronage to this location, due to the way that they mistreated and disrespected both myself and especially this individual who I was caring for. Every time I ask them to chop the Patty so that he could eat and swallow the food that he was given. Numerous times I had Cutlery tossed to me and was told to just do it myself. I, and that individual's family refused to return. I even reached out to corporate and requested an apology not only for myself, and for his family, but specifically for that individual. Nobody with the challenges and the level of suffering that he had to endure, should have to put up with that much disrespect.But that brings us to tonight, and a couple regular visits that I've been making since. I know longer work for that company, I work in other forms of social work. My girlfriend Love's Burger king, so I've been coming a bit more regularly. The evening staff who I interact with the most, never indicate that as late as I come in, that they are tired and are disappointed that somebody is coming in late for food. The cashier is kind, she's considerate, she makes sure that she gets my order done right, and promises that I get fresh food. She makes sure that I'm aware of any wait times, and she makes sure that my drink is correct. Not in any time does she gripe or complain about the time that I come in with an order. She is extremely professional, and she ensures that the food that I get is fresh, and up to my specifications. She does a fantastic job, and I think that she deserves a raise, frankly. I don't know how much she's making to put up with the average fast food customer, but she is a high-quality member of the staff here. And if she wasn't at least given a serious accommodation for the effort that she puts in, then the owner of this location is making yet another huge blunder.

Got ripped off an item in my order because all the high school girls working were too busy jumping around goofing off. It looked like a gd circus when I drove up to the window.Kid-friendliness: Kids would get along just fine with all the kids that work there.

Ordered a classic melt meal with a chicken wrap, got two chicken wrap instead. Was from drive through so was long gone before I noticed. Never got a receipt and phone number doesn't appear to be valid as it goes to a voicemail that is full, so I doubt I'll get my money back. Wish we had a better BK in Logan as it used to be one of my favorite places for a quick bite when I lived elsewhere.

They charge .15 for every sauce and stopped carrying fry sauce. Service was terrible. Spend your money anywhere else.

LOVE IT!! THANK YOU! Great service from Kaemon, took our order down correctly and efficiently. The crew manager Brandie made the greatest Whoppers we had in a while!! The fries were hot and perfect. And Emily and Trentiy kept us quite entertained. Great friendly atmosphere! The Hole crew worked very well together. Thank you so much!!
