Mostly the Geek squad!! Our computer was hacked and they were able to fix it for us. Our laptop was running so slow you could go make cookies and come back and it would still be booting up. They gave us their best suggestions and fixed it!! They're great!!

I called them and asked if they would fix my broken screen on a n200 one plus and they said they could and I bring it in to them to be fixed and they tell me they can't fix it they lied to me.

This place has a very bad customer service. Place could be empty and associates just walk by you . They won’t help, store manger will avoid you as much as they can. Seems like people hate working here. This place may need a new motivated management! Associates don’t really know anything about their product.

I like best buy well enough but I don't like that they have dumbed down their tech support services . And I don't like that you have to call some other country to just set up an at home visit. The reps who try to assist over the phones rude and will just hang up on you .

Took my sick laptop into the geek squad. The kid was competent, friendly and helpful. Most importantly he was honest about the state of my laptop and the best way to handle it. He was not acting as a Best Buy salesman but wanted what was best for me.

Worst experience ever. They told me I could upgrade and trade in my family's phones for a certain price. 4 hours later I left with nothing because they said their promo code was not working and there was nothing they could do about it, and that I would have to pay $1000 more than they told me.They messed up my daughters phone in this process, connected it to one of the new ones in their cabinet on accident. I had to go to the Verizon store to get it fixed, because I gave them a chance to do it and they couldn't figure it out. It took Verizon 5 minutes.They also messed up all the parental controls on my kids phones because they got so far in the process of switching the phones that I had to remove "find my" on their iphones, which disconnected screen time and I've had to set it all up again.That's not even all. I had an upgrade fee show up on my Verizon account for one of the phones, even though I did not end up upgrading anything. I am currently sitting on hold for the second time to get the charge reversed.The whole time I was in Best Buy the managers would avoid me and the associate helping me, when the associate I was working with would call them over it took them at least 15 minutes to get there. When I talked to a manager directly and asked him for the general managers contact info because he said that is who could help me he suddenly became the most helpful to every person he passed.Best Buy was 100% in the wrong. They did not treat me well, did not compensate for what they messed up, and did not honor the price they told me. I was extremely patient and forgiving of them. The experience has been so awful and undeserving that I feel they need a bad review and others should be warned.

Literally the worst customer service we have ever experienced!! They have a broken system and we will never ever be back! They said our card was declined but then they charged the card they said was “declined” TWICE when I had money in that card .. And this was a $550 purchase. So I used another card and paid with it.. and come to find out they took that payment and the other two! So I’m out $1650And now they say I can get my $1100 refund in 10 days?! I also tried to call several times waiting for 35 min on hold and then I got the “online department” and they said the store must be too busy to answer.. so when I drove into town to handle it we counted NINE employees doing nothing and the store was empty.I asked the gentlemen why they don’t answer their phone he said “we don’t even have a phone to answer?”WTH?! NO

Food was bland and the condiments on the condiments table were completely empty. They were restocking while we were there but not in time for me to try them.I did get the opportunity to try their pickled carrots. They were good.
