Says they close at 3pm Saturday well me and 2 people showed up at the same time at 2:30 and no one in sight and doors locked. That's not cool at all at least put on your Google account that your closed for the day so that people don't drive out for nothing.

Great company great people! Whenever I go in it seems they're busy, and I think that's for a reason. I've been getting my glasses from Baldwin Optical for over 10 years now and they've treated me great every time helping me get what I'm looking for! 10/10 recommend.

I’m very disappointed with the service. I’ve been waiting for safety glasses for awhile. No one follows up, no messages nothing almost as if they don’t exist. I have made many attempts only to leave messages that are not returned, they don’t answer the phone. Finally I get someone who does not know what’s going on and have seemed to have misplaced my lens, or I get the run around we’re working on it. I come in and they marked my glasses with a X and now they are saying the warranty has expired WOW!! How convenient for them. As of now I still don’t have my glasses. Think about going and doing business with them because they conduct business so POORLY!!

My wife has bought glasses here more than once. This time it took 2 months to get her glasses and the kept lying about when they were coming in. So she finally got them and the frames broke. They glued them together as a warranty and told us they would order a new pair. And never did. Now they say that the warranty is over and it was her fault for the problems with the glasses. It is a good way to lose business. I will spend my money elsewhere. Don't lie to people. If you can't or don't want to help just say so.

These guys great! I have been getting my glasses here for the last several years. They have always been kind and professional. Whenever I've had a problem with my frames, they took care of me right away. I felt like I needed to leave a review and acknowledge the genuine experience.

I went in to have my glasses adjusted that I purchased from another local eye clinic. (That are not experienced with adjusting glasses) Even though I did not purchase them here, I knew that they would be able to help me because I've purchased glasses from them in the past and they always adjust them to my face perfectly. Bob was able to adjust my glasses that weren't even made for my skinny face in the first place with no problem! Thank you so much Bob and staff for always taking such great care of my glasses/vision care, every time I come into your north and south clinic!

I’ve always been treated with kindness at Baldwin Optical, but I was blown away with the time and care taken in my last eye exam. I have a unique set of eyes ?, Dr. Perez easily spent an hour or more trying to help me get my prescription just right.My last eye care place (Eye Care For You) did NOT take the time to get the prescription right or listen to any concerns I’ve ever had.I really hope everyone at Baldwin Optical know how much I appreciate their kindness and effort- I am very happy with them.

Really I want to give negative star.. but that's not available yet. I am very disappointed! I will never go back to Baldwin Optical again.. it has been 5 weeks now and still no sign of my sons glasses coming in. Everything has already been paid for. Excuses are made on both the office and the labs side! I am constantly told that they are expecting them to come in, but still have yet to see them. Meanwhile, my son still can't see the board at school and can't get his license until he has them! Maybe they should stop giving me excuses, accept that it's their fault and refund my money plus give me the glasses when they arrive, if they ever do!

I sat on and Broke my Glasses on Christmas after messing around with a VR headset. I came in, got my glasses repaired (the fishing line or whatnot broke) and they were cleaned and adjusted. Thank you!

For a long time now, since getting older, I've had a really difficult time getting contacts to work. Unfortunately my glasses weren't working either because I have a very narrow nose bridge. The people at Baldwin's continued to work with me trying different brands including ones for bifocals. Just recently, after the death of their previous eye doctor, they got a new doctor and approximately three months ago that doctor asked if I'd ever tried just wearing one contact. It was a totally new concept for me but it works. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to it. Now the only problem is remembering to take it out. It's so comfortable I forget I have it in. I have two young kids in glasses both started wearing them as babies. Friendly staff and Bob is so great at what he does. Great with kids and helpful for us parents trying to get kids to keep them on.

Great customer service! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!For the first time ever it was fun to pick out glasses and then go back for the fitting. All other places I’ve been to just seem to care about selling. I loved it here. They genuinely care. They are just super helpful and friendly. I took my parents and son as well and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends and family!!!
