Absolutely fantastic service. They were very attentive, knew which parts we needed, and where they were located in the store.
They went above and beyond to serve us and make sure we had everything we needed. Wish I caught the two young gentlemen's names as they deserve a shoutout and a raise!

Came in after a check engine light to get a diagnostic. Staff was helpful and quick. I went back later that day to see how much the part would be if I bought it from them and the other staff member was just as friendly as the first.

I walked knowing I needed a new light bulb for my headlamp but didn't know which one. The peeps helped me find one and sure enough, it fit.

Miguel L was awesome and very kind. He was extremely patient and helped us with everything we needed to know. He single-handedly came out into the cold and helped us change our battery in the dark.The other guy in there (big beard) slightly larger, was awful. He was rude and didn’t even look up when he was talking so we didn’t know he was talking to us. He asked confusing questions and was rude.5 stars for Miguel and 0 for the other guy.

I went in on four separate occasions with the same experience. I had issues picking up orders and returning the wrong part I was given. Three different employees and all the same outcomes. Don't recommend this store. I recently visited one of your stores which is a 20 minute drive from my home. I went in to purchased a replacement vacuum hose. I took the old hose with me to makes sure to get the right size. When I got to the store, I told the customer service representative that I was looking for vacuum hose, I looked all over the store and couldn't find any. Finally I asked again if they had any. The customer service representative said all they had was behind the counter.(would have been nice to know when I asked the first time!) I handed the old piece of vacuum hose to the customer service representative and they measured the vacuum hose with a caliper. They returned with the 10 feet of hose I requested and I paid for it and returned home.(15-20 minute commute) I get home to find out the have given me the wrong size?! Back in the car for another 20 minute drive. To my surprise when I get back to AutoZone I am told that I can't get a refund. Even though they gave me the wrong part. It is not worth wasting my time and money to drive to AutoZone anymore. I live 2 miles away from O'Reilly in Smithfield and will use them or Napa.The previous few times I went to this location I have had issues picking up orders and returning online orders. I don't understand why the customer service representative can't look up recipts on the computer under your phone number.

I’ve returned to this store several times, whether it was for parts or to scan an engine code. Each time I’ve returned I’ve been met with nothing but kind and helpful folks. Keep it up AutoZone Logan??

Many Vehicle Diagnostics are free here and they also suggest solutions. Whenever we have a warning light, we visit AutoZone and always find the error with the help of staff and their suggested solutions always work and are very helpful. We are glad to have them in town!!!

I needed help with my car battery - wasn't sure if it was dead or what the issue was. Noah P helped check and see that it was dead, then helped me install it on my Jeep Grand Cherokee (not an easy task). Great service and support!
