A true sleuth, he figured things out and got it working like a dream. It was pricey in the end but we felt like no one else would have done the hard work to figure it out. Glad we came. “I recently got Zbros shocks for my 2021 Can Am defender and the shocks that were installed were shorter than factory. (this was NOT a Zbros error!!) I called Zbros directly and talked to Preston and he had me do some measuring on the shocks. Turns out the dealer ordered the wrong shock. He then sent me shipping label and had me mail them back. within 2 weeks I got the right shocks. There was yet again an issue with the dealer that installed them. I then called and got Justice. he got everything straightened up over the phone and answered the questions that the dealer couldn't. now days customer service seems to be a lost art, not for these guys!!! It now has an awesome ride and sits up 2"! I will be telling anyone that will listen to me how great the shocks are and what outstanding customer service these guys provided. plain and simple their number goal was to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase!”

“I brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed with a problem related to the key. They found a damaged wire. I was given a quote to fix it which seemed rather expensive. I told them I was going to pass on it. When I went to pay the diagnostic fee and was talking with Baylee, the service tech, he told me about my tires being worn and gave me some great advice. Then, he somewhat mumbled, "I just fixed the wire while I was in there". What a guy! I don't think the sales guy was super happy about it, but I'll tell you what, Baylee left me with a real positive impression and I'll definitely be back. It honestly cost next to nothing and I did pay what felt like a fair amount for less than an hour total there. I hope Baylee gets commended for his great customer service. I'll be back and will ask that he do my repairs if at all possible.”
