Matt has been a fabulous partner for us. He has given us a road map of where to start and how to move forward with our internet marketing. We were really struggling with how to make our website work for us and he was able to give us Key activities and strategies which is helping us increase our connection to our customer. Not only has he guided us in what to do, but he has clearly defined why the activities and changes to our website are vital to our success. We are so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. She has helped us round up our marketing from 0 to 60 in a very short period of time. He is patient and understanding of our questions and needs and really proves that he wants us to succeed. I highly recommend going with this organization.

Told Matt on a zoom meeting on July 16th I wanted a price sheet of different hosting and services and I wanted to get started on a new website ASAP. I just needed to look to see which category I wanted. I messaged him 2 more times about giving me price sheets so we can get started on redesigning the current website. I messaged him again on July 28th and July 31st asking for pricing. In my mind there was no need to have another meeting when we had already discussed everything and he knew all my ideas. Plus, I sent inspiration pictures. From July 16th to August 12th I never received any information I asked for. On August 12th I was tired of being ignored so I informed him I’d be going to a different company.I’m a very low maintenance customer in 2 1/2 years this is the first time I’ve asked for a big change. I pay my bill on time every month for them to manage my account.They’ve charged the wrong card. They’ve switched security provides several times calling asking for the card on file when I had just given it to someone else a week before. He just hadn’t checked in with his team so, they don’t communicate with each other. I don’t pay someone $290 a month for 2 1/2 years to ignore me for almost a month.
