“when this many people live in one place, you're sure to have some issues; however, Alexis will always hear me out if there is an issue, and if it is an issue that can be handled, she immediately gets to work on communicating with all of the residents. It's not an easy task to keep the peace in a community this size, and the positive outlook that she manages her job with really shows through. The maintenance team is absolutely killing it over here. John and Brittany are very quick to respond and resolve maintenance issues. Last year it was so cold that the schools were shut down for at least half a day, and that's when our heater went out, they had to shuffle there schedule to keep their kids taken care of, and John still came over faster than expected, under the circumstances, and made sure to get our heater working. They are easy to talk to, and fun to be around, even though they never have much time to stick around for long.”

“I have loved my time here! Even before I moved in, Sandy helped my husband and me for months to make sure we moved into the perfect apartment. Staff is always responsive and friendly.”

“The manager, Kayla has been nothing but pleasant when I bring up concerns and ask questions. I’ve lived here for 4 years and she has been the best at making sure repairs and upgrades get done around the complex. She has done a great job of turning this place around. Adrian, the maintenance guy is the best we have had. He seems to be here a lot and is always busy. He is always so friendly when I talk to him. I have heard from other tenants that he helped them throw away a lot of garbage bags from them cleaning out their apartment when they needed an extra hand. Kayla and Adrian make sure things get taken care of in a timely manner. They both do a great job and are wonderful! I really appreciate them both!”

“I loved living at the Factory. Rent is insanely cheap compared to where I am now in Oregon. Pricing for a 5 bedroom here is $1,000 whereas pricing for a 5 bedroom at the factory was $500. Loved the amenities, front desk staff was always nice, maintenance was nice even when I was a bit dumb and didn’t fully understand how the doors worked so they came all the way up to help teach me. Finding a takeover when I had health complication and had to move back to Oregon was extremely easy as well. People love to diss on student housing but it was one of the best I’ve lived in. They don’t realize how lucky they are and privileged.”
