I had a great experience! Doctor Stancliffe was very helpful and answered my questions. Brandi was my optician and she was awesome—very helpful with finding frames and walking me through my insurance copays and different types of lenses.

I recently heard good things about this place so I decided to try them for my exam and new glasses, I was helped by Edwin who was very helpful in deciding what glasses would work best, I later found some issues with my frames( just personal comfort things) and I went back and Edwin was super helpful in making sure I was able to get new frames and made the process super easy. I will go through them from now on and recommend anyone getting new glasses to stop by there.

For way longer than I would like to admit, I have been wearing scratched and damaged glasses and even wearing my work glasses, because I have been concerned about what it would cost me to get new ones. And on top of that, whenever I went and looked around at an optical shop I didn’t see anything that I loved. I walked into Americas Best today and OH MY GOODNESS! There were so many cute options I almost couldn’t even pick! And lucky me, I got to pick 2.?? Estefania was absolutely wonderful. She sat me down and explained options of lenses to me and helped me save every bit I could. She was so helpful. I am so excited to not be embarrassed and self conscious about my glasses anymore. I will be a returning customer.

Such a waste of time. You would think they would want to actually see your insurance cards considering they usually have all of the phone numbers and info you’ll need on them, but instead she just typed a few things in and said “I can’t find your plan” and wanted me to pay out of pocket. She didn’t even try to add my other insurance either. It honestly felt like laziness, she really couldn’t have made a phone call to get all the rest of the information she needed? So much for trying to see i guess.

Edwin and the team took very good care of me. So helpful with understanding how progressive lenses work and attention to detail making sure everything was right!with the measurements. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Great value as I purchased my glasses during a sale they had on designer frames. Same glasses and progressive lenses were quoted for $150+ more at the other store I went to. Couldn’t be happier!

Accidentally left my sunglasses at home while traveling to Utah. I need my prescription sunglasses and went to this business. They were immediately super accommodating and I found a frame for a reasonable price. The total cost was less than feared and they even completed the order way before their estimated date. I'm very happy with my new glasses. They fit great, are light and I can fully enjoy the beautiful outdoors in Utah. I would highly recommend this business and will be happy to get future glasses done here as well.

Mikaela and Janet were amazing! I had issues finding a new type of contacts to switch to and they answered all of my questions. They made it easy to figure out what was going to work best for me! Super kind and funny as well!
