I have nothing but amazing things to say about this branch and my experience with them. They are always so quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have and they are always so helpful and kind. I will recommend banking with America First to everyone.

They had hidden fees when I tried to transfer money for my HELOC loan. It cost 1.5% to get money out. This was never brought up during the loan process. Felt kind of misleading and dishonest. There might be other fees too when paying it back.

I have NOT been impressed with the bank since I move out of state. I cannot wait to have my loans paid off so I can leave this bank.
