I can't trust my medical needs will be met with this company, luckily I only have to deal with them with a CPAP machine. I received the machine and that day they "took" my card to go charge it, thought it was charged, got an invoice today saying that I owe yet again a lot of the amount that was "paid" to them that day. I have no idea why they took my card and didn't charge it or what they did with my card when they were in possession of it.I'm just a number and they don't care about giving me service. Just want to take my money and if ever there is an issue I will be left on my own.My wife's experience is far worse than mine, but with as much screw ups and run arounds to get the support we need we'll find our service elsewhere. It's sad they are the only one with a physical presence where I live and they know it. With no competition nothing will change with them. I will now gladly search for my products elsewhere.

I needed several items to prepare for an upcoming surgery. After patiently helping me with my questions and purchases, the young lady that was working with me helped me to my vehicle. There were a couple inches of snow and it was very slick. Her help was much appreciated! A big thanks to her!

I really appreciated the orientation. It was great that the manager went though everything step by step so I had a better understanding. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable and welcome!

I was very scared of getting a CPAP, but the lady who does the fittings was wonderful! She understood claustrophobia and was very patient and understanding. Couldn't have imagined better service!

I have been to Alpine a few times. I went this time to ask about a scooter. The employees were happy to help and answer all of my questions. I bought a scooter and like it very much. Very pleased.
