Normally AlphaGraphics has been excellent to work with. Unfortunately, my last order was lost. I had requested my order to be finished ASAP and to contact me when it was finished, but it wasn't started for several days- after I called to find out what the holdup was. I have had such good experiences with them in the past, so it was really disappointing when things didn't work out so well. In the last minute rush, there were a few mistakes on the printouts, but I needed to get my posters up for the event that was quickly approaching, so we made them work.

I LOVE alphagraphics! I'm generally emailing or calling with the plea of "can these be done today?" because I'm very good at procrastinating. They always have them done in time for whatever event I poorly planned for. This last time, I actually emailed with plenty of time, and they still had them done within a few hours. Speedy service with pleasant people to interact with ???

In response to a quote request, they sent an invoice, no message, no proof. When I went to pay, online form said it didn't go through, thank goodness I called to verify that it did. I was never informed that my item was finished so didn't have it for my event. Very negative experience.

I ordered two vinyl signs from Alpha Graphics after getting quotes from 3 companies in Logan. Alpha Graphics had the best pricing and the banners were done in two days! They look great and I will definitely order from Alpha Graphics again.
