Shaun & his crew are awesome! He is very upfront about costs and will give you an estimate beforehand. The prices compared to competitors in town are very competitive, arguably the best! Very professional, always on time! Have used him numerous times for small & bigger moves and he always does his best to work around your schedule. Sometimes he has even done next morning Deliveries for us! Thanks!

We knew it was going to cost quiet a lot to move, so I don't mind the pricing of Advantage Movers, I just wish they had been upfront about their additional charges for each step going into the house, for moving the piano (which on the phone they said wasn't extra, but was. I'm fine with paying extra, but not when they crash the piano down the 3 steps going outside. You could hear the bang each step!)The worst was that they just decided they were done 90% through! They left an outdoor umbrella, several boxes and totes and when I called and told them to come back, they didn't! We were fine paying more for more time, which I let Shawn know.Later we found a broken mirror they moved into our storage unit.... I'm just guessing after they broke it they decided to split before we found out? It was weird because of course things do occasionally break during a move but it seems like you should own up to the mistake at the very least. I texted him about it after and have heard nothing, though in getting paid he was very responsive.So we paid about $900 for 3 half-full trailer loads of items to be moved an 8 minute drive down town from a rambler to a storage unit. We only got 90% of our items moved, despite calling and asking them to finish the job. We had to throw away our destroyed mirror that was facing out and could be seen from all angles.The good: They did bring equipment and the guys they said they would bring, they were only 12 minutes late to start, and the handling of much of the furniture was fine.Not surprisingly we went elsewhere to move from the storage unit to our new home!

Used these movers twice. If we hadn't moved out of the area, we would use them again. They worked quickly and treated our fragile items with care.

I am a widow that did not want to burden family and friends with my move. I had tons of offers from people to help but did not want to burden them. My husband and I recently moved across country to Florida and were unable to help my widowed mother in her 60s with her move. Being stubborn as she is she did not want to inconvenience any of her family and friends and decided to hire this moving company. WARNING!!!Completely unprofessional and dishonest. My widowed mother used them to move because she did not want to burden her family. She hired them even though they were more expensive then the competition because they claimed 22 years of experience. They reviewed everything she had (of which she sold or gave away most) and said it would be an easy move. They even said they could take down and put up TVs and get things setup nicely for her as long as she paid their pricey hourly rate. It turns out they are a scam. Three guys showed up with a small snowmobile trailer that clearly wouldn't fit everything in. She was moving an hour away and they told her she would just have to pay their rate to go back and forth. They didn't show up with a small moving truck as expected! My mom ended up renting the moving van which was cheaper. The end result was the following:- They missed items and got mad when she asked them to put them in the truck (a dolly and two shelves in the garage)- They broke a TV by throwing a dolly on it but tried to hide it until my Mom asked where the "missing" TV was. - They refused to do anything but drop off the items. Lots of things were left outside. (Go figure since they were being paid hourly). - They wouldn't even take a door of hinges to get items in the house so my Mom has to hire another neighbor do pop 3 hinges out for them!- In the end they agreed to pay $100 for the nice broken TV (that they claimed was my Mom's fault since she didn't keep the TV box), but not before they added another $40 charge for having to drive the truck my mom rented back! What a rip off!My sister in law and I had to come help my Mom and rearranged our schedules because of this very unprofessional company!UPDATE: We turned on another TV today and it was shattered from inside! That is two TVs broken from the same mover.
