The person tried charging me over $5 for a gallon size refill when I've been charged $1.17 for months now. He continued to argue with me, asking the names of people who have been charging $1.17
I, of course did not say names and he continued arguing with me for about 5 minutes about the situation and finally let me pay $2.02 for my soda because that's all I had, being I've never been charged $5 there before
Then the guy told me it's not allowed to fill a gallon, only cups
I'll be going to Walmart gas station from now on, being they only charge $1.59 for a gallon refill of soda and they allow gallon refills
7-11 you lost a long standing and loyal customer
Wish you luck with over charging people for soda, I'm baffled ???

Sing is rude to the customers and goes out of his way to yell at you he even runs out of the store with people waiting in line at the register to speak his mind. Never going there again.

Staff and store are great, but the gas and air pump are terrible. It takes me twice as long to pump gas here than anywhere else due to how slow the pumps are, plus they are frequently broken to where you need to go inside to pay instead of using the card reader. The air pump is twice as expensive as other places in the valley and I've had the card reader stop working midtransaction and then stop working at all.

First of all , the employees were great BUT Can I give zero stars? I go fuel here while doing doordash. I only got 7 dollars worth of fuel. Next thing I know I am charged an additional 24 dollars that I did not spend in a different transaction. I reported it to my bank . I went to the merchant but the boss was not there. They took down my information and did not contact me. The cashier said she was surprised because it had not happened in about a month. A MONTH. This is a frequent occurrence here. I have also heard other stories on Facebook about this same 711. I have had to change card information and that has caused me more financial trouble. I will continue to voice what has happened until it is solved.

I stopped to use the bathroom and get a drink i overheard the store employees say they don't like white people and then i go to pay they got so rude with me WORST EXPERIENCE in my life

We stopped in on a busy Saturday morning. Lots of traffic in/out of the store. In the few minutes I waited for my son to choose what he wanted, I watched the counter person (not sure if she's a manager or other staff) interact with maybe 5 other customers, including some who made "special" requests such as large orders of hot food. She was cracking jokes with people, suggesting other things they could buy, asking for their feedback on the products they chose and on the store, etc. It was like watching a small business owner engage her local clientele, even though this is a huge corporation seen worldwide. So I guess with this location you get the best of both: Good supply chain and pricing, plus good customer service. Anyway, it's just a 7-Eleven, so I'm surprised I'm writing this much. She obviously made a good impression today.

The owner is the rudest person I have ever come across. You can tell she's dirty as hell just looking at her. I've reported her for not paying her employees. What do you bet she trys to evade the irs. The ugly thing is dumber than a box of rocks. I don't even feel comfortable rating you a 1.

I just went there with my daughter, mind you we go there often. There were two new girls working and my daughter was up next in line. There was a guy behind her in line and this new cashier with blondish red hair and glasses, younger girl.. looks at my daughter and said “he was in the store first so I’m helping him not you” excuse me?? He wasn’t in line first. I watched this all happen from my car but didn’t know what was said till my daughter got to my car. I will not be giving my business to a company that allows this kind of behavior. Mind you I called the store and spoke to the new manager. Who didn’t know I already knew she laughed when this cashier said this. She didn’t care and isn’t doing anything about it. I will not go back. l’ll take my business someplace else.

The cashier and manager working this afternoon on 10-26-21 was rude as hell to my 13 year old daughter. Will never go there again I'll go to Maverick instead. Better selection and never out of anything. Beside they are not rude there .

The employee was playing really loud music with profanity as I entered the store on Saturday night. He was rude and disrespectful.(I've never had an issue with this location except on 11/06/21.)
