I stopped here on my way to Capital Reef National Park when my rental car light came on for low air. Since it was a rental and not my personal car, I didn't have a gauge to check the air pressure. I'm so glad I stopped here since not only did they have a gauge to check air pressure, but the guy came and helped me out. My own tire gauge is digital so I didn't know how to use the one they had. It was so nice of him. On top of that, he didn't even charge me. I'm so grateful for his kindness. This is the kind of service you don't see in big cities.

Ever wondered what it was like for Barney Fife and Sheriff Andy when they would fill up their patrol cars? Wondered if there's still a service station around that has that genesequa of a by-gone era where people saw other people as equals, where the smell of fresh apple pie might be caught on the breeze of a spring afternoon, transporting you thru time and space to a time of innocent wanderlust?Stop by Conoco in Loa and you may just be able to catch a glimpse of what that was like. Amazing that beautiful heart and soul can be found here, still!

Great convienience store, friendly staff, clean restrooms. Not a lot of gas pumps and it can be crowded during busy times. 1 of 2 gas places in Los, so get gas while you can.
