Miss Acosta has zero customer service skills. She was not helpful and was in fact judgemental. We tried to open a bank account and she wouldn't accept forms that are universally used for address verification. Never will I bank at this Wells Fargo.

Slowest bank in the history of the world. I will gladly be closing my account after this billing cycle. I have been a customer for 30 years and now I am done. These people are under qualified to work fast food; I don’t know what they’re doing at a bank.

I rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but I will make an exception in this case. If it were possible to rank this branch LESS than one star, I would.
I have been a Wells Fargo customer since the 1970's when my father helped me open up my first bank account in the Bay Area of California across the street from his Dental office, where he also has had ALL his personal & professional accounts since 1960.
Over the past 60+ years, our family has transacted millions of dollars through Wells Fargo Banking, and we have never made a formal complaint until now.
This particular WF Branch in Lindon, Utah, has been my "home branch" for several years, being closest to my current residence, however...
I would recommend that WELLS FARGO CORPORATE fire every managerial staff member that has been employed there for the last 8 years, which is the LAST TIME THAT I RECIEVED PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE at this location.
I have attempted to get managerial assistance so many times, just to be told "they don't have a manager at that branch" OR "the manager is at lunch, on vacation, or on maternity leave".
When I have been shocked & amazed to actually find a "manager" there, they typically tell me: "You can do that online or by calling our customer service number".
If I were able to accomplish my task by doing that, I would have! Apparently, that hasn't worked OR I choose to speak to a live person face-to-face, otherwise I wouldn't have taken time out of my day & driven down there!! There is a reason I am standing in front of you!!!
Plus, EVERY TIME I go in, there are incredibly long lines and typically only one or two teller windows staffed. Yet there are 2-3 staff members sitting by the "drive-up window" chatting or looking at their hypnotic, mind-numbing cell phone.
Many times, I end up driving WAY out of my way to the Orem, Highland, or A.F. Branches to find a competent person who knows how to add & subtract.
Actually, the entire branch should probably be closed not only because it has the most pathetic customer service of any Wells Fargo Branch I have dealt with in over 50 years of patronage, but I can rarely transact any business that I need at the ATM! It seems like it is either not working or doesn't have the "bills" that I need MOST times when I try to use it.
IF YOU CANT KEEP YOUR BRANCHES STAFFED AND THE EQUIPTMENT WORKING, THEN SHUT THEM DOWN!

Mr. Thomas (personal banker) was just about to go to lunch; however, he chose to help me open new accounts. I didn't expect it, but he did it anyway. I found his approach beginning to end, very refreshing and personal. He was on point and informative. He didn't push me and simply followed through with exactly why I was there. He makes Wells Fargo seem like a place to bank! Well done! Give him a raise if you want to keep him.

No intention to help me with a transfer, they just wanted me to make an appointment even when they have a person available just socializing in the lobby until the next appointment.

I had a bad experience as a customer, I was waiting for more than 1 hour to be served, even though I had scheduled an appointment. It's a bank I'll never go back to.
