Buyer beware!!We bought a car for my daughter and drove to Boise. The car died twice on the way there. I reached out and they suggested a quick fix. The check engine light came on and A P0017 code popped up. The car needs a new timing chain. That would be normal at 80,000-100,000 miles. The problem is that the car has 24,000 miles on the odometer. The dealer is checking to see if the odometer has been messed with. Do not buy a car from this place.

We found a car with them that we liked but it still needed to be detailed and wouldn’t be ready until Friday. I asked if I needed to put down a deposit to hold the car for us but they said the car wasn’t even in the sales department and that it wasn’t necessary. They said they would hold the car til Friday. We called today on Thursday and they sold it to someone else!!!This dealership did not treat us well and showed no integrity to us.Let the buyers beware. They’ll probably treat you the same way.If I could give negative stars, I would.Very, very disappointed!!!!

I would find a different dealership with what I know now. There were some good things and some bad things with buying here.Good:-The buying process was smooth and relatively quick.-Vehicle has worked, except for some lights (see below).-fairly low pressureBad:-Breach of implied warranty of merchantability. Almost immediately after purchasing I noticed the fog lights would not turn on. I let them know and they said they would take care of it. They looked at it when I picked up the plates and said that new led fog lights are needed and that they would not cover it, even though it is their responsibility that they're working when selling. They've never worked for me. From what I can find, knock offs are $100, OEM around $500.-Gentleman I worked with was not too knowledgeable about the actual vehicle during the purchasing process. It's a good thing I did my own research.Overall my experience can be summed up as "meh.*

Do not buy a car here, so many problems within the first year. Had to replace transmission, alternator, thermostat and housing. New tires battery and starter. All within the first year. Their response is "it's a used car what do you expect"

Terrible customer service, they will sell you a broken car and smile as you drive away. Transmission blew in 6 months and 4k miles on it.

Sean, was great to work with. Bank has a few hick ups and took a few days to get it done! Sean was very helpful and patient during the process

Came here and got my very first car for a fantastic price. The salesman were straight and very honest. I had a small concern with the oil pan and they jacked it up for me in their small mechanic shop and did a small fix for no charge. I would recommend seeing if this place has a reasonable car for you

Utah Valley Autos was a fantastic place to purchase a vehicle! Kind, and not pushy at all. We love our new van!

Do not buy from them. If you do make sure to take it to get a mechanic to inspect it first. Their cars have many problems they try to hide. Few weeks later the car doesnt run at all and they wont take it back. Better off taking your business somewhere else!

We have had such a horrible experience with the dealership. They sold us a car that need SO many repairs and they were not upfront about them. Within the first 24 hrs of buying the heat stopped working, and we noticed a huge leak in our driveway. They did take it back TWICE to repair the car. But I believe they just put lipstick on a pig. We haven’t had the car even a year and we have paid $7k in repairs alone. I was pregnant and a few weeks away from having a baby, and needed a car. I learned my lesson for sure and will never buy without taking to a trusted mechanic. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Please, do your research and learn from my mistakes!

I hate leaving one star because the actual sales process went great. They were easy to work with. Our problems came 3 weeks after the sale. Prior to the sale they showed us a receipt of a new timing belt. 3 weeks after the sale the timing belt broke. When we approached them about it they denied showing us anything and are refusing to work with us. It’s so frustrating!
