Sam told me that he would take care of my car as if it were his own and he did exactly that. He swapped the exhaust on the car, which is a big project, and he did it perfectly. His attention to detail was fantastic.

“I have gone here a couple of times now and they are Amazing. I was recommended by multiple people and am so glad I listened.
I knew what was broke and needed to be repaired. They didn't try to sell me and tell me anything that I didn't need. With the new parts needed I actually had to request and tell them I wanted premium parts, they didn't try to push or try to get me to buy the premium parts.
Terrific service and definitely a honest company, I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.
I will return for any future repairs from brakes to oil changes to just normal wear and tear on my vehicle.”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”

“Had problems with a big tire (was completely flat the day before) on my 40’ RV and a tire on my car (was at 21 psi that morning). My sister called to see if they could help me. DJ told her they could take care of both. When I arrived, DJ got my car in the garage and my RV beside the garage and got work going immediately. They found a small piece of metal in my car tire, and couldn’t find anything wrong with the RV tire. They did change the valve stem, and also put special stem caps on the RV tires so I can easily measure the pressure. I can’t say enough good things about the top-notch service DJ and his team provided. I’ve put 500 miles on the tires yesterday afternoon and today with no problems!”
“Great customer service! Reese took care of my wife’s car when she had a flat tire. It was her first time getting a flat fixed and he really put her worries to rest.
A few months later we came back in to get a new set of tires for my wife’s car. Again, Reese was a champ in finding a set of all terrain tires that would fit my wife’s Hyundai Kona. I highly recommend this location.”
“The service I receive here is always amazing! The guys are all so friendly and helpful. I got my tires changed last December and I only had enough money budgeted for just the tires. They let me know that my wind shield wiper blades were basically nonexistent lol which I knew and told them I just didn’t have the funds right now to replace them. Once my tires were done they let me know that they replaced my windshield wiper blades for free! Because they didn’t want me getting caught in a storm and not being able to see! Im a mom so I usually always have my toddler in the car with me when I go somewhere so I was soooo grateful that they did that for me and so happy with their customer service! I’m currently waiting for my tires to be rotated and a slow leak fixed. Every person I’ve interacted with has been so nice and friendly which is such a relief because as a woman getting any kind of car work done is a little intimidating, at least for me. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location anytime I need tire work done! :)”

I rolled into this shop again this week wanting to look at some wheels for a new truck. The person who greeted me as I walked through the door (Kevin Brown), he was super polished and helpful in a sincere manner above and beyond the norm of what I'm accustomed to seeing in retail business.
After looking at some wheels, leaving the store to consider my options and returning to make the purchase I was astounded by the energy these people are willing to offer making things happen (quick-slick & efficient!), not at all pushy sales concept, just super helpful and gracious, ready to pounce on the work as soon as I was ready to say go...
It was a tangible and obvious positive experience visiting this store on multiple occasions recognizing that this place and the people working here are super dialed in, amazingly proficient at their jobs.”
