Lots and lots of mice. We killed about 40 to 50 and most of our items were ruined. Poor leadership and management. Office is closed even when the hours say it is open. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone even when messages are left. We would spend hours at this storage unit just waiting for some assistance and it made for a very frustrating time. A good company and service in my eyes is someone I can get ahold of and get the assistance when I need it. This establish needs a lot of work in that regard.

Worse place ever for a Uhaul pick ip it was supposed to be open on a Saturday but wasn’t was forced to do a self pick up through the Uhaul app which is not self explanatory they also added an extra dolly and furniture pads which i did not order and the truck also has a check engine light on and the engine squeals when you press the gas pedal 2 hours later waiting for roadside to look at the vehicle worse Uhaul pick up experience ever.

It was really easy to get the unit rented as well as a uhaul. John was great to work with and even upgraded our unit to a temp controlled one at no extra charge. So far, we're impressed with the facility. It's clean and there are cameras everywhere which gives us extra peace of mind. And the prices are really fair.

Price is a good price, and the customer service was awesome. Went in to talk about getting a unit, and they helped us save and figure out what we need.
Recommend to store your belongings for sure.

Filthy, smells like dead rodents, and you can never get anyone to answer the phone. Going to be moving my things out in about a week and I’m pretty sure most of it is ruined from being at this unit. I had it in storage at Storage On Geneva for several years and it stayed clean…wishing I’d stayed there despite them being more expensive.
