There are 16 pharmacies closer to me than Taylor Drug in Lindon but I choose them because of Jace Nielson, the store manager. I live with primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and Jace is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the medicine I need to live a better life. Highly recommended pharmacy. Thank you Jace.

I love Taylor drug! They are close to my house, they fill quickly, I can just call, get a refill, they text me when it's done. I go through the drive thru, and they are always super friendly and fast. Brittni is the best pharmacist! I know there's at least one other, but I'm always there when it's Brittni. Thanks!

Always very quick to fill a medication. They receive it, they get it filled immediately when they get it. No games. You Don't deal with " it must be the dr we haven't received it yet". "I was there when the dr sent it to you." (or do you just take your sweet time) they have terrific pharmacist. If only they could be pharmacist, instead they are forced to play the corporate game.
Downside they are getting way to overpriced.
Unwilling or their hands are tied, no ability to get a specific brand of medication. When thats what you tell them you require. overcharging for generics. Customers stop being deceived, stop using insurance, its a big scam for the fda to control what medications the fda is allowing access to, forcing brands to be discontinued.

I considered doing business with this pharmacy but after calling to see if there was any availability for a medication and have the pharmacist be rude, I most certainly will not be taking my business here. I get that pharmacies are busy and have to deal with the public and obviously frustrating shortages too. But when a pharmacist chooses to be rude to someone who is simply trying to understand that is just unprofessional and uncalled for. Clearly, shortages are frustrating for everyone involved but that’s no excuse for being rude or unkind.

Love this pharmacy, they have fair prices on uninsured meds. They kindly counsel you when needed on meds or vaccines. They have prompt service and the list goes on. Thank you!!!

The pharmacist (I believe his name started with a C) was extremely rude over the phone. He laughed at me when I asked if a prescription was in stock. Try to have some empathy for people just trying to get their medication during a shortage.
