“The best thing about this store imo is that if you get a screen protector, they’ll replace it for only $10 when it eventually cracks. Of course, you can buy screen protectors on Amazon for less, but if you get it through this place, they’ll put them on for you—and I’d rather have a pro put it on than do it myself. They do an excellent job.This is one of the best phone repair stores I’ve been to, easily. They always seem to have a deal and they even have their own designed cases and chargers (and they work well and look nice).”

“We had the best experience at T-mobile. The store manager Nouah went above and beyond for us. He answered all of our questions, got us the best deals, and made sure we were taken care of. We dropped our huge bill at Verizon, and we’re going to be paying half of what we were! Really impressed with all T-mobile offers when you switch over. 10/10”
“They did pretty good informing us about the plans and all the paperwork required. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is 'cause they don't know about the specs. Of the phones they have for sale. Plus non of that information is visible to the client so you can compare. You have to look it up yourself. Besides that the service is pretty good.”

“I’m not one to normally leave a review but- I had a really unfortunate experience going to the Pleasant Grove location to get my new phone, the guy made me super uncomfortable and set up my new phone completely wrong. After I left and tried fixing it myself, I decided to call the Orem location and see if there was anything they could do for me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and told me to come in and he’d be able to help me. Just upon walking in, I could tell this location was 1000x better. I was greeted warmly and was helped almost immediately. I believe Adam helped me (I’m not great with names lol so I could be wrong), he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything moved over to my new phone correctly and was very patient. I could also tell that all the employees were all on the same page and worked together as a team. I would recommend this location.”
