I like how Miss Alma served me, she is very kind and takes the time to clean it. Previously I went and there was another one who is from Peru but she doesn't do her job that's why whenever Miss Alma is there I recommend this location always ask for Alma she is super friendly and helps with everything she always tries to find a solution

Alma is excellent at customer service and I like to go when she is Eya, Eya always has the best answers and always takes the time to help. She is an excellent worker. The customer service that Eya provides and her charisma is unique. They have never treated me like Eya treated me.

Aguas, the lady who was serving today, May 28, 2024, was offering me the Galaxy tablet g9 5g for $175 with everything and taxes when I came from two meters PC that had this same product sold out but they offered it for $99 already with taxes and activation included. I found it opportunistic and disloyal, it leaves its point in Lyndon, Utah very poorly seen.

I went in to ask how much a new SIM card with the same number would cost and the worker tells me $25. If I pay with cash it would $25 but if I pay with card it would cost $10-$15 more. In other words, $35-$40 for a sim card that actually costs $10 in all of the other Metro location. Do NOT shop here.

Be very careful!!!...I bought a phone for 280 dollars and it turned out very badly, I went for more than a month for several days insisting that they change it for me and in the end the one who claims to be the "owner" exchanged it for one older and used. He never let me open it apart, he told me that I had to pay 30 dollars for the change, I gave him my card and he charged 150 dollars plus 30 for change without telling me anything!!! That is totally illegal.I complained to her and the daughter came out very upset, I asked her to return my 150 and the first phone (which I had already paid for previously) and mocking and laughing she said that she was going to keep it and that she wasn't t even going to give me the charger.I told the lady that how was it possible that she charged me 280 dollars for one plus 150 for the other plus 30 or 460 for a used phone with open games for children and cards, which is surely what the lady played. They were always treating me in a very discriminatory, degrading and disrespectful way. They have never treated me as badly as they did, I still feel outraged.
