“Five stars, plus! I hesitate to share the name of the wonderful woman who does such a great job getting blood out of my arm, always on the first poke and almost painless. I have had a lifetime of bad experiences with the process including five pokes to get in, and once in probing around inside my arm. None of that with Tina. She is amazing. I refuse to let anyone else in Utah Valley touch my arm anymore except her. And the receptionists are always very kind and patient with my many questions and demands that there is only one phlebotomist for me.”
“They got me in and out quickly. It was right at the end of the day, too. I thought they closed at 5 and came in at 3:40. They closed at 4pm and still got me in. The nurse was very competent and did a really good job with the blood draw (I’ve had a lot of nurses struggle to get my vein).”
