they take the dogs outside to a common area to poop and do not clean it up. watch out for the landmines if you ever go near this place. :-( we asked them if they clean up and they said yes... as they walk away not cleaning it up.

I brought my dog ziggy in for the first time yesterday! It was only ziggy’s 2nd time being groomed ever. First time at leader of the pack. From the second I walked in the staff treated me with so much kindness and they just adored ziggy. He had the best time and looked and smelled amazing when I picked him up! We will for sure be regular customers from now on! Already have his next groom scheduled :)

I've been taking my Wooly siberian husky rescue dog to them for yrs, and he doesn't care for bath time, hates being brushed but loves them. I highly recommend them!

This is a complete update. We got a new dog 3 years ago that needs grooming. Leader of the pack has shown they have a true passion for grooming at the highest level. They participate in national competitions. They have always been friendly and fairly priced.

We have been taking our family pets to Leader of the Pack for almost 20 years. They are always wonderful, so kind and loving to the dogs, and Kim and her staff are knowledgeable and really good at what they do. I wouldn't take a dog of mine anywhere else.

I have taken my dog here for years to be groomed and have been very pleased with the groomers there, even referring friends and family to them. I do know they are very busy and because of this fact, I always book my appointments 6 months in advance. Recently, out of the blue and two days before my dog's next grooming appointment, I received a phone call stating they could no longer groom my dog because they have had a turnover of groomers and can no longer fit him in their schedule. This was 2 days before his next grooming appointment. It left me scrambling trying to find someone to groom my dog on such short notice, which is extremely difficult. They did give me the name of the groomer that was grooming my dog previously but had since left Leader Of the Pack, but she was booked solid and wasn't taking any clients. Because of this, it was made clear that they choose what dogs they want to groom and who they don't want to do business with. Again, they do a great job at grooming, but have lousy customer service, are not professional and aren't reliable at all.

Really liked Leader of the pack never had issues with my dogs cut. I have a standing appointment with them every six weeks but They had to cancel one of my appointments with my dog which was annoying but I understandable saying they’ll get him in next time. His next appt they texted me to cancel and said the girl who was going to do it quit and gave me her information to call her to get an appt. felt like they didn’t want my business. They haven’t been super reliable the last few months

We have 3 dogs when we first took them they were fighting us they did not want to go in Now when we pull in they start jumping and going crazy till they get in the door Let’s the dogs tell you I could not go any place else!

I really wish 0 stars was an option. We have two little Yorkies. They have never been very friendly here but we figured as long as they did a good job, we would keep coming. The time before this, they made us sign a waiver that we couldn't sue if they hurt our dogs. Kind of alarming but we signed it. This last time, they let my dad tip them $20 before we were given a paper, basically firing us from coming back. Our dogs are too wiggly they said... that was it, wouldn't give any other explanation and were quite rude. Not worth the money anyway. Why be in a profession where you don't like the very things you service. Happy to take our business and $20 tip elsewhere! I do not recommend this place.
