Overall great experience. I do wish they would allow the buyer to select whether or not to add the “undercoat” and “anti-theft system”. Seems extremely overpriced and unnecessary, adding another $750 worth of fees that almost seem like it’s being secretly thrown in. I understand a business needs to make a profit, but list the fees up front and be honest about them. It was just a shock when these fees showed up because the owner had been so honest and upfront throughout the rest of the process.

Great service, had the truck I wanted and at a great price. I flew out from Albuquerque to Salt lake City took an uber down to them.
They opened at 10 (Sat) I was there at 1030 the truck was ready I checked it out took it on a nice test ride (it looked and drove like new even though it had 72k miles on it) and was finished with paper work in less than 30 min. And they sent me on my way. Their finance company (American First CU) offered me a rate .7% lower than my local CU! On Friday 6 days later the Credit union called me and offered me a Visa and line of credit without having to pull another credit check and got me set up fast. All around everything went great.

I originally went in looking at one specific truck but found another that worked perfect for me that was HALF the price and neither Cooper or Justin put any pressure on to buy the more expensive truck. I bought an awesome F150 from this dealership. I was SO EXCITED to drive it home and show my kids and wife. While I was driving home, the check engine light came on. I was distraught, thinking that I was gonna have to spend thousands and thinking I just bought a vehicle from a stealership. I can tell you RIGHT NOW, that wasn’t the case. I messaged Justin - (the salesman) and told him what had happened. He told me to bring the truck by the next morning, eagerly, I did so. I walked in and was greeted by the owner. He was a great gentleman and we spoke for a good 20 minutes. He assured me that he’d handle the situation and gave me a vehicle from the lot to drive in the meantime. They had the issue fixed within two days and I was able to pick up the truck I bought three days ago. That is something you DO NOT FIND with dealerships theses days. These guys care about their customers. I have NOTHING but positive reviews. Thank you Justin for being such an awesome salesman! And thank you to the owner ( I don’t remember your name), but you made sure the issue was taking care of! I HIGHLY recommend these gentleman at this dealership to help you find your next truck.
