Jake and his team at Zion's Security Alarms did an outstanding job installing and connecting our security system. My wife and I asked if they could arrive the next day to install our system and they not only arrived the next day, but stayed in contact with us to let us know the time they would arrive. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgable, answering all of my questions with ease. Our system is working great and we are very happy with Zion's continuing efforts to not only meet, but exceed our expectations. I highly recommend Zions Security Alarms for anyone's security needs!

They have gone downhill. (5 grand to do a simple installation.)Be very careful before you order service... call the office a few times.... you will only get a busy signal NOT EVEN AN Answering machine, Plus they will try and charge you 5 grand to do a simple installation..... Look at this Bid I got from them. I do not think they will be in business next year with these tactics. go with Simpli Safe if you want a low price

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!! My entire system went down and I scheduled multiple times for a tech to come out and put everything back online. I took time off of work multiple times to meet their technician and was no showed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I called the main office and was always told, "we will call you back once we connect with our technician and see what is going on." Not once did anyone ever call me back. To make matters even worse, while we were waiting for this company to help us, our house was broken into and we had no working security system. It has been a nightmare. I am absolutely appalled at the way this company treats their customers and does business. I have no words for how bad this company is. STAY AWAY.

All was simple and easy to order even though delivery was a couple days late but USPS is somewhat iffy these days. No fault of the company for that issue.

Battery did not make it a full year however Zions security is replacing the battery with the manufacturer. Great customer service to get this issue resolved! Definitely reccomend this company for they have great customer service
