Made an appointment showed up and they told me they did not have the battery. They tried hard to find another location from me to go to for a repair. That was nice of them, but frustrating to have a pointless appointment.

I literally broke my phone on Saturday and needed to catch a flight on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday); everywhere was closed or didn't have the parts I needed. I walked in and worked with Nate, who couldn't fix my phone at the Provo location, but he called the store in Salt Lake after seeing in their inventory that Salt Lake had the parts I needed. He had them place a hold on the parts. They then held my phone for my husband to pick up so I could continue driving south.My husband picked up my phone, took it to Salt Lake, and they fixed my phone in just over an hour.I have since canceled any warranty service through my cell phone provider and will be a forever customer with all my cell phone repairs.

They changed their tune from what they told me awhile ago. They want me to bring my phone in and look at it, then order the screen and come back in to replace it. Its a cracked screen, I have never heard of needing to go in twice like that for a front cracked screen.

Only reason I'd go back to this place is if I need to use my warranty, otherwise I'm looking for another place to get my phones fixed. I went in to get 2 cracked screens fixed and was told one price and when I was getting rung up was told 4 times the original amount... When they told me the real price and I questioned it they offered to put my broken glass back on...I just sucked it up and paid for it but really sucks that they couldn't have been more clear about what things cost before I left my phones with them. Taking my business elsewhere.

My phone screen was cracked pretty badly. The guy working at the counter was very knowledgeable on what it took to fix my phone. It was done within an hour! So far so good:)

My wife's iphone 5 needed a battery replacement. I spoke to a Clif at Batteries Plus in Lehi. They were the only place in town that had a battery at the store. It was noon when i dropped it off. They told me they would be done by 3pm. They had it completed before the given time. It works perfectly. My wife said that she feels like she has a new phone.
