Company is absolute trash. Never run my second insurance. They always cancel my refills and I have to call. Then I find out it's because somebody didn't enter something on the pharmacy end so then they refill it. Then they cancel my prescriptions and I have to call again and they tell me my prescriptions expired and I can't rush me off the phone quick enough. So then I have to call my doctor and my doctor says no they should have the prescription. Call Walgreens back and they won't let me speak they just want to keep telling me how it's my fault and they have to follow the law. Then by time I get a word in they realize it's their fault and they've been trying to fill off and expired prescription and not the new prescription. Over the last two years I seem to be out of everything and not just one or two prescriptions. I will not be using Walgreens again. Been using them for well over 10 years and they haven't gotten any better they've only gotten worse.

Incredibly slow wait times at this location & other Walgreens I've been to. Going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy today.

My chronically ill daughter has had prescriptions filled here multiple times and Medicaid has covered them just fine. We go in today and we are told by the clerk checking us out that the medication is no longer covered because the doctor is not a Medicaid doctor, even though we just visited him and he accepted our Medicaid. Secondly, Medicaid only covers the name brand adderall, and they had prepared the generic version, they told me I would have to wait to get it filled. This location seems to lack empathy towards its clientele and seems disinterested in doing their job. I will be sharing this review with my 52k followers on tiktok.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I refilled my prescription online and received a message to call the pharmacy. I sat on hold for over 30 min. at 9 am. The pharmacist had no record of my refill and said it would be done by 11. Showed up at 12 and sat in their drive through for another 30 min. for them to tell me the prescription wasn’t ready and to come back in another 30 min. Ridiculous!!!

I don't know if this Walgreens is mismanaged or massively understaffed, but getting a prescription here is a headache. I spent half an hour on hold trying to figure out why a prescription hadn't come through yet (turns out they put the wrong name on the insurance claim and it "wasn't working," so the prescription was just in limbo. I have to wonder if it would have stayed that way forever if I hadn't called to ask). Then we had to wait an hour and a half in the drive through just to pick it up. If you need something urgently, don't use this location.

Severely understaffed pharmacist. Systems always seem offline. Resulting in long wait times and burnt out customer service interactions.Avoid if you can!

After reading all the bad reviews of this store, I was reluctant to go there. My experience was as good as possible. They were very friendly and helpful and customer service was great. Don't let the bad reviews keep you away.

I went in today and was supposed to get Covid tested that I had scheduled online. I even called 15 minutes before my appointment to make sure that everything was in order. When I showed up the lady at the counter yelled through the pharmacy that I was there for a Covid test. She scared all of the customers away including an older gentleman. Then the lady who I thought was supposed to do my test rolled her eyes and told her coworker that she didn't want to do a test today. She came up and told me that because I didn't have an appointment scheduled online I couldn't do the test today. Even though I did have one scheduled and called to confirm, but she turned me away because i did not screen shot my confirmation. They had me reschedule for tomorrow. I told them to wait as I scheduled it right then and there and made sure that it was in the system. All they did was complain! Zero Stars.??

Have been using them for about three years and had to switch. Didn’t have my prescription in for more than two weeks and gave me no notification of when it would be in. Communication has gone down, always seem short staffed and not very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has a seizure disorder and needed rescue meds but we were visiting for the holidays, we called to see if we could get them here, they told me on the phone that they had them in stock and were transferring the prescription there and for me to come get it in a couple of hours. I pained waiting to go pick it up, after 1 1/2 hours I went over to ask about it, they said it wasn’t in stock and they can’t even transfer that type of prescription. When I asked why they told me I could they simply said “I don’t know”. Long story short we ran him to the hospital but since we waited for the medication they told us we could get there he had a seizure on the way. I will never trust this pharmacy again they are terrible and totally without compassion as I was sitting there crying because they told us they had it when they didn’t.

I keep making the PAINFULLY AWFUL mistake of having my RX’s sent here. Tonight that changes, after being stuck in this line WAAY too many times. They close the drive through because they are short staffed. My time & patience are worth more than this, especially when I’m sick! I am 12th in line & surrounded by sick people being forced to do the same thing. So ridiculous.

One month and one week later, and i’m still waiting for a prescription. I called four times. Was told it’d be ready on Monday for about every Monday since I put the prescription in, and even had to get it resent after it timed out after 30 days.

Highly disappointed in the Walgreens in Lehi near Costco. Their system has been down for three days. If you need a prescription you are out of luck. Today my wife got a Walgreens robo call telling her that her prescription was ready. I went in was told the prescription was ready and found out that if I had the exact change or a card on file I could get her medicine. I left to get the exact cash, returned and waited in line for another 30 minutes only to be told that they didn’t the prescription in their system. WHAT!!! How can I be told via robo call and by a live person that the prescription was ready and then the prescription disappears and they send me out to another Walgreens whose system is working. I would avoid Walgreens in a crisis.

I called ahead of time, ordered my prescription refills, they said it would be ready today after 10am. I arrived after 6pm, give them the Single Care discount codes, & she tells me to wait an extra half hour while she gets the prescription ready. I ask why, it is supposed to be ready after 10am, no explanation given. Apparently it’s due to the line of people waiting. They have other registers, why can’t they open another register (?). This extra half hour is after waiting 20 mins while she punches in the discount codes. Disappointing customer service.
