On the phone for almost 3 hrs,they don't answer their phone,the other walgreens on Redwood is temporary closed,this is horrible

The pharmacy is a joke. They never have my prescriptions ready. There is never a person to talk to on the phone. Will be switching pharmacies because I can never get my prescriptions in a timely matter.

Worst experience in the drive thru pharmacy— I was in line for 40 minutes— 6 cars in front of me and no second line (they had the second line shut down…) when I finally got to the front they didn’t help me for 10 minutes as I just sat there with a screaming baby in the car. Unnecessarily long for a prescription that was ready and for what’s supposed to be a quick drive thru experience.

Made an appointment for a flu shot. Was told to come 15 min early. I showed up 10 min prior.i waited 40 minutes. This is poor patient care especially when scheduled in advance. I understand busyness but there was Poor communication, lack of professionalism. I ended up walking out and going elsewhere. I don't recommend this pharmacy.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Purchased 120 business cards for same day pick up. I was told they would be ready at 1:30, when I called to make sure they were ready they told me they hadn’t gotten started on them but they will have them done in 10min. When I got there an hour later they had forgotten about them again. I had to wait for them to print and cut them. They messed up on the cutting so all of them had on even checks of white spacing on each card. I told them I cannot give those to customers so I will take the ones that were acceptable and come back for the rest the next day once they had recut them. This is 30 min out of my way since the closer Walgreens wasn’t available for same day printing. When I got there the next day, they had once again forgotten about them and still had a stack of 120 cards that were all cut uneven. On top of that, they printed them on the wrong paper. Rather than card stock it’s just flimsy paper. Absolute rip off. They only gave me half off for this junk.

An employee was being really rude to another employee today. I think her name was Lizzy. She must have either had a bad day or someone who doesn't care about others. It makes me want to avoid this walgreens. Can there be anything done about this?

The pick up service still requires you stand in line which means if they’re busy, you may not just go pick up your items quickly. If there’s a 15 minute line you’re still going to wait 15 minutes because management does not prioritize pick ups.

Worst experience ever.
Had an appointment for a Covid test that was clearly supposed to be at no cost.
There was even a sign out.
They wanted me to pay for the test even though I had an appointment and it said that I was eligible for free of charge Covid test.
Will never go back to this location .
Untrained staff.

Never have my heart medication in proper dosage. Now I have NO medication for two days because of no response and the holiday.

I tried to deposit money to my chime account and was denied due to using my passport. The girl at the front asked the manager to come and she her self had helped me upload money with no issues using my passport in the past. The other girl tells the manager if they are allowed to use a “Mexican Passport” for things like uploading money. The manager told her no because Walgreens policy has changed and they can no longer accept “Mexican passports”. From my knowledge it’s a class A identification and can be used anywhere. I felt really discriminated and embarrassed because of this situation that has happened before at that this store. I the called cooperate and asked what their policy is on using a Mexican passport the lady let me know that it does NOT specify in their policy that they only accept certain countries and that as long as it’s a valid passport they can take it. They didn’t care to look up anything and lied to me and were just being rude if you don’t know something don’t make up policy’s and discriminate. Cooperate said they would contact the store district manager and they take things like this seriously and ask them to retrain and educate people there. Hope it happens because this was racial discrimination

Literally takes a minimum of 20 minutes to pickup a script every single time you come here. It’s the slowest pharmacy on the planet. Every car takes 10 -15 minutes and then I drive up and it’s 1 minute. Why? What takes so long with all these other people?? The worst.

Always had problems with prescriptions. Phone texts from Walgreens, saying that meds were ready didn't sync with their emails, didn't sync with calls to an actual person at the pharmacy. None of their systems seem connected. Transferred all prescriptions to Macey's, and haven't had a problem since.

Always ridiculously slow. Now I’ve called them twice, waited on hold for a long time only to have them hang up on me both times ones I had made it through the hold line.
