If I could give zero stars I would. Just BEWARE that this store is not an ACTUAL Verizon store, it’s an authorized retailer. If do any business here the real Verizon store CANNOT help you. We were promised our bill would be around $230. The day we were there we paid $1100.00 for set fees etc, Then our first bill was around $1000.00 and now our monthly bill is around $440.00. I feel lied to and trapped just so the guy could get a sale and commission. The day we walked in our bill was $112 now our billed has almost quadrupled!!! It’s a nightmare….do not go to this store you will regret it!

CAUTION: We went in for an upgrade and the rep said our bill would only be $20 more a month. It’s doubled!!! We were paying $120 and expected an $140 bill, and now it’s $260! The upgrade bill was $400 even though we paid $200 in the store. The rep point blank lied to our faces.

EVERY word that comes out of their mouths is a lie. I moved my family over from ATT because they said they had this amazing deal. I’ll save you the agony but my first month bill was over $1,800 followed by a $1,200 bill the next month. They made trading in a phone the most complex process and our final bill was about $100 more a month than what the my “estimated.” We just went back to get our screen protectors replaced. When we bought the screen protectors they told us it would be $5 to replace…well that store manager is no longer there (probably got fired cuz he’s liar) and the new guy said the price has gone up and it’s now $25… do NOT trust any thing they tell you… oh, and by the way, they are not actually a real Verizon store even though it says it right on their door. They are a 3rd party dealer so good luck trying to get them to “fix” anything when it comes to billing, problems, service etc.

I went into the store for a simple upgrade and added a few items that should have only raised my bill $60 a month but instead it raised it $300 a month. I’ve been into the store 3 times to try to get it resolved and they aren’t able to help me. I was even told to go to a corporate location and the people there were nice and did what they could but told me the store that made the changes needed to fix it. I have called customer service multiple times and got my account to where it is supposed to be but I was over charged the last 2 months.
Don’t go to this store they are terrible

Verizon and the employees of this store are criminals. They are horribly dishonest, shady and will do and say anything to get a sale. Do NOT trust anything any of them have to say. I became a customer in March, turned in 5 nearly brand new phones to participate in a promo in which I was expecting and promised repeatedly a complete credit for new phones for converting from T-Mobile. That was the promise and the highlight of the promotion. I have spent 6 hours in the store sitting next to people trying to resolve and have had zero results. They stole over $5,000 worth of phones and did it with a smile. My bill is nearly $500 per month for 9 months and it should be around $240. They do not care about people at all... it is all about getting sales. RUN AWAY!

Very shady sales practices here. The employee seemed to either have no clue what he was doing, or he knew exactly what he was doing and was trying to make things harder and more expensive for us. It was also an obscenely long process, taking around three hours for just my husband. (And we had no one in front of us in line. This was 3 hours of just working with the guy trying to set everything up.) After switching plans and upgrading my husband’s phone, we got home to look at the account and found we were being charged far more than we had agreed to. Maybe we missed some fine print, but we had tried to be thorough and had the employee break down the prices with us in the store. The upped price of our phone and internet plans was done without our explicit knowledge. We were also lied to and told my husband would have to have a temporary new number because he couldn’t port the number over from our old carrier in-store, we had to call and do that ourselves. Sounded strange to us, but we didn’t press the matter. We should have, because Verizon support later told us that the number had to be ported over in store and we were essentially out of luck. So, my husband had to go through the grueling process of updating his number everywhere and with everyone. We are deeply regretting not staying with our former carrier.
